“I have had my MobileHelp for a short time, but have been pleased with it. My friend, Rachael Feldman told me about this firm and was happy with hers. She gave me information and reassurance before I talked with the agent. That encounter was very pleasant and brief. My alert system arrived very quickly and I was able to review the instructions with no questions left.”

“Thankfully I haven't had to use the system yet but just having it in my home is a comfort. I suffered a fall and realized how vulnerable I am, even with close neighbors around. MobileHelp customer service has been outstanding, from my first general-information call to helping me ensure that I had the set-up correct. This is a service you hope you never need but are so happy they're there when you need them.”

“So far I haven’t needed to use the system, so can’t say for sure how good it works. The price is reasonable. The test signals work . Customer service went over and beyond in answering all of my questions and concerns. I think it is going to be a great investment in peace of mind.”

“I was well pleased with the treatment received from MobileHelp, and would like to commend especially Donna in Customer Service. Our association did not last as long as I anticipated or would have liked, but the intended benefactors of your services had some concerns that I could not alleviate. Thank you for your quick responses on both dispatch of the equipment (to three different geographic locations across two states) and the refunds.”
