“I like my necklace so far. Thankfully I have not had to use it yet. I have had it detect a fall two times when I had not fallen. I think it was just the way I rolled out of bed that made it go off. I was really pleased how easy it is to cancel the alert.”

“I have had my MobileHelp for a short time, but have been pleased with it. My friend, Rachael Feldman told me about this firm and was happy with hers. She gave me information and reassurance before I talked with the agent. That encounter was very pleasant and brief. My alert system arrived very quickly and I was able to review the instructions with no questions left.”

“Thankfully I haven't had to use the system yet but just having it in my home is a comfort. I suffered a fall and realized how vulnerable I am, even with close neighbors around. MobileHelp customer service has been outstanding, from my first general-information call to helping me ensure that I had the set-up correct. This is a service you hope you never need but are so happy they're there when you need them.”
