“My husband was getting into the shower and he took off the fall detector and it fell. I immediately received a text message on my cell phone, ran to the unit and they were asking if I needed help. Great job MobileHelp!”

“Pro: Gives me peace of mind as I can locate Mom's mobile device at will. Con: I would like to see improvements to the visual interface, particularly on the Notifications within the Active Profile. The slider buttons for the event types display are ambiguous. I can't tell if they're ON or OFF. Consider switching the status display to ON/OFF. Given that I must select Edit to change any of them, the button serves no purpose except to confuse me.”

“It is lightweight around my neck. My previous company’s neck device was quite large and heavy. I don’t even know I am wearing this one. Charging is easy and quick. You’ll love this one too.”

“I called MobileHelp, then decided to check with another company, but came back to MobileHelp because of the sales team being so friendly and kind! And I called several times with various questions and they never made me feel like I was being a bother to them! What a great company to work with!!”

“i would say better than very good.i called mobile help first because of its high praise.i found all employees to be polite,respectful,knowledgeable,and people that truly care about others.that 1 call was all i made.there was no need to check with another company.”

“When I called for information about MobileHelp, gentleman who gave me the information was most helpful. He answered my questions very clearly and explained the way the system worked. Thankfully, I have not had to use my MobileHelp for assistance. It is most comforting to know help is available if I should need it, no matter where I am.”

“Though my wife and I might not be of the stereotypical customer of Mobile Help, our needs are no less urgent. Your services have helped immensely! I now have the piece of mind of knowing my wife can get help if needed as I return to work. At home, or out and about its a relief to know that she can.get the assisstance she needs. “My son thought it was time for me to have this. While I am in better health for my age (85) than most He thought it would make him feel better if he knew that I had help at my fingertips. I am happy to ease his mind (and mine.) I appreciate the unit that I can take with me when I am away from home. It eases my mind. Thank you”
