“I ordered MobileHelp for my 93 year old mother. Due to severe arthritis in her fingers she was unable to buckle the bracelet. I called customer service and explained this dilemma to Sam He said he would try and figure out a solution. He called back 30 minutes later saying that he had spoken with the technology department and that they would create a stretchable bracelet band. They did, and she received it in 5 days. Now that's what I call customer service!”

“i was asleep with the blue button on and the alarm went off. I had rolled onto the device. It thought I had fallen. I now know the alarm works.”

“Oh my goodness, where do I begin? From my very first phone conversation with Dorothy in sales to the date of purchase AND the "false alarms" we have had in the past 60 days, I can honestly say I made the ABSOLUTE right choice in systems for my 2 elderly parents. I have never dealt with a more customer oriented business EVER. Everyone has been super informative and super patient with us and my parents accidentally pushing their fall buttons and the system was VERY easy to install and test. THANK YOU MOBILEHELP! You have helped take a big worry off of mine & my sisters with your system.”

“I got my mom signed up a couple of weeks ago, the set up was very easy, just plug it in, and then call in, and they will run a few test to see if every thing is ok. It was so easy that my 76 year old mom did it by herself! I'm very satisfied!”

“I purchased the Duo system a little over a month ago. Have tested it twice to confirm reception and speaker function. The connection is good and the speaker volume on both the base station and mobile device are very loud and based on my conversation with the Mobil Help technician the microphone was able to pick up my voice just fine. This system has given me peace of mind that help from my loved ones or 911 medical assistance is just a button push away.”

“Yesterday I was wearing my bracelet when the wind caught hold of the heavy front door and set off the alarm. I did not fall nor was I injured in any way. Immediately I heard the voice in the box alerting the system of an alarm. I walked to the box, pushed and blue light and the erroneous alarm alert was immediately cancelled. I was very relieved.”
