The equipment is good quality. I have had a little problem with the magnetic clasps on the pendant being accidently pulled apart and causing an alarm. But overall, it all works as it is supposed to. The customer service has been superb, from the representative who signed me up with the system (answered all my questions efficiently) to the people who have contacted me on the phone and those who have answered the alarm.

Have rsponded twce to false alarms caused by flimsy button cord. The button is strung on a thin string because the slot on the top is too narrow for a substantial chain. thus the button flips over against my chest and goes off. Please redesign.

I've been using it for a very short time so can't say much in answer to this. The wristband, however, irritates my arm.

I ordered MobileHelp for my 93 year old mother. Due to severe arthritis in her fingers she was unable to buckle the bracelet. I called customer service and explained this dilemma to Sam He said he would try and figure out a solution. He called back 30 minutes later saying that he had spoken with the technology department and that they would create a stretchable bracelet band. They did, and she received it in 5 days. Now that's what I call customer service!

i was asleep with the blue button on and the alarm went off. I had rolled onto the device. It thought I had fallen. I now know the alarm works.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? From my very first phone conversation with Dorothy in sales to the date of purchase AND the "false alarms" we have had in the past 60 days, I can honestly say I made the ABSOLUTE right choice in systems for my 2 elderly parents. I have never dealt with a more customer oriented business EVER. Everyone has been super informative and super patient with us and my parents accidentally pushing their fall buttons and the system was VERY easy to install and test. THANK YOU MOBILEHELP! You have helped take a big worry off of mine & my sisters with your system.

I am happy with the idea that help is just a button push away. However, I do feel that I was actvely encouraged to get more than I really need by the pushy salesman.

I got my mom signed up a couple of weeks ago, the set up was very easy, just plug it in, and then call in, and they will run a few test to see if every thing is ok. It was so easy that my 76 year old mom did it by herself! I'm very satisfied!
