“I now feel safe with MobileHelp. I had been falling a lot lately and a fall on the patio was a warning because I lay on the hot concrete fo 45 minutes before I got any help and my heart was in A-Fib and my blood sugar was going low. I wondered if anyone would come before I lost consciousness from the hypoglycemia. A neighbor finally heard my calls for help and rescued me. That was a wake-up call, and I called MobilHelp signed up for the service. Just a week or so after I got MobileHelp, I took a very bad fall. I slammed my head into a concrete sidewalk and immediately my "fall necklace" alerted and I was taken to a trauma center to make sure my brain wasn't bleeding. Thankfully it wasn't, but it made me so grateful for the MobileHelp program. I now know how very fast they react to a problem. I wear my fall necklace continuously and also the bracelet. Thank you for making my life much safer.”

“I feel confident that MobileHelp is giving me the support and help that I need. Now I don't have to be worried that if I fall and am unable to get up, MobileHelp will immediately send the help that I need. The fall detector pendant is very sensitive, and I think it will detect any fall and immediately summon help. I wear it 24/7. I can recommend MobileHelp to all my friends.”

“It covers the gaps of security when you might not have it otherwise--ie, "Yikes--where did I put my flip-phone or smart phone? The house is on fire! And my neighbors are a mile away!"”

“The MobileHelp sales representative and customer service team have been wonderful. They explained the available options and offered recommendations but did not attempt to sell me a more expensive plan my mother didn't need. Customer Service was very thorough during the set up and testing phase. We have not had an emergency situation however, my mother did drop her pendant last week and received a call from MobileHelp asking if she needed assistance within a minute. Thank you MobileHelp!!”
