“The clarity of information, cost, alternatives and the kindness of the representative I spoke to on the phone was excellent. The equipment arrived just as timely as promised and the directions ver easy to follow. An investment for our 94 year old mother who continues to live independently that is well worth it. “The MobileHelp sales representative and customer service team have been wonderful. They explained the available options and offered recommendations but did not attempt to sell me a more expensive plan my mother didn't need. Customer Service was very thorough during the set up and testing phase. We have not had an emergency situation however, my mother did drop her pendant last week and received a call from MobileHelp asking if she needed assistance within a minute. Thank you MobileHelp!!”

“I feel more secure whenever I have to leave my husband alone at home when I have to be away from our house. You never know when this link has to be used so having it is a big relief to me and our family.”

“Mobile Help is a good service. Mobile Help gets me to where i have to go and the people are curtious and kind. Without Mobile Help we would not be able to get back and forth to Dr's. There are alot of people that depend on Mobile Help simply becayse thry do not have vehicles to get around in.”

“I feel more secure now when I'm home alone. Priceless! I have a neurological disease and can fall anytime (infact, my recent fall left me with two fractured ribs). After that my son insisted I get MobileHelp. I'm so glad I did!!!”
