“I called Mobile Help a few weeks ago because they were rated very well for medical alert systems, and my Mom has become ill and lives alone. So she needed a medical alert system. A very friendly woman at Mobile Help (MH) helped me get a system ordered; it came to my Mom's house fast and I was able to set it up quickly and easily. They made it so easy. I made sure to give them all of Mom's emergency contacts information (me and my brothers phone numbers) so that MH could contact us if she had a fall/emergency. We also made sure to set up the lockbox at Mom's house and give MH the lockbox code. Sure enough, not a week later, Mom fell and MH literally came to the rescue. This system (and the fact that we promptly, completely set it up following MH's directions) saved my Mom's life. She fell, pressed her lanyard button and the EMT's came to help her. She was very ill at that time, so she needed hospital attention. MH made a difficult time in our family's lives so much better. It saved her life. I can't say enough about MH. But if you buy this system, I can't stress it enough, make sure MH has your family's phone numbers, make sure you set a lockbox code, set up the lockbox and follow through. The EMT's told us that most people don't follow through with set up because well I don't know why you wouldn't but people don't. Set it up, and do it right, it's worth it! Wonderful company...I'd recommend to anyone.”

“I signed up for MobileHelp on May 21st and 'tho I don't have the exact date I received all of the M/H equipment, I'd guess that I've only been a member for a couple of weeks. I (thank- fully) haven't had to really put MobileHelp to the test (i.e. under an actual fall) but their quick response to accidental button pushes suggest that they will be just as quick when/if I really fall!”
