“We have received several "help" phone calls from Mobile Help even though we haven't needed that service. We were at the airport, the inspector took the "fall button" off my husbands neck and dropped it into the cup to go thru the radar machine. In just a moment, we heard the voice saying "did we need help". I thanked the person on the phone and told them everything was okay. This happened twice more at the airport and once on the plane. The response was terrific. Thank goodness we really didn't have an emergency, but was happy to see that if we needed one, the people in this organization are there to help.”

“From the day I first called the person on the phone was excellent. I explained my needs and she went through even aspect I can imagine. I was able to get the right equipment for my wife’s needs and she also included me. She went over all the equipment, what to expect and all the pricing in a very understanding manner. I received everything she told me I would get and just how to set it up. Very simple! I hope we ever have to use your services but I am greatful to have it! Your prong is very affordable even though Medicare doesn’t you! Thank you and the person who spent all the time on the phone with me for making my wife a little safer!”

“I had tried a competitor’s product that had been highly recommended by a tech magazine. The product was chintzy and the antenna on the base unit did not do it’s job. I had to return it. Then I found MobileHelp. An amazing difference from the other product. All of the equipment was solid and the base unit was a Bluetooth device. No problem picking up wifi signals. We were also given a sturdy lock box with a combination that allows rescuers to get into the house. Best of all, the customer relations are fantastic. Responses are quick and very helpful. When my husband lost the user guide, another guide was immediately sent. Love the product and its people. I highly recommend MobileHelp and I have some peace of mind knowing that everything works.”

“I love MobileHelp so far. I was having trouble putting the alert on the wall. Every time I put it on the wall I kept pushing the button, and it will fall off the wall. MobileHelp's Customer Service were so nice about it and sent a service call. When Service called she told me to stick it on the cabinet, or sit it on the counter. It worked! I was so happy. Then she assure me that I wouldn't be penalized for hitting the button so much. Thank you for the quick responses and being there for me.”

“Very happy with the purchase I made for my 90 year old mom after she had a stroke. She loves the bracelet option to travel with and I’m content knowing she is always safe! At home she wears the necklace. We have the Lock box on door and the panic button in bathroom ! Yes we went for the whole package ! Slam dunk!”

“A few months ago my husband suffered a massive heart attack. Luckily this happened while we were both home, because the Dr.s said getting him to the hospital quickly made all the difference in saving his life.. After his recovery, he went back to work, driving from L. I. to CT. Every day. I was so worried & concerned, wondering how, if he ever had an emergency again while driving, anyone could be notified to get any needed help to him. I told my husband I ordered the mobile device, & he immediately told me “I’m not wearing it!” He thought it would be too large & could be seen. But when it arrived he was pleasantly surprised to see how light weight it was. He wears it around his neck, under his shirt when he drives from L. I. To CT. & back every day for work. No one knows he’s wearing it & that makes him so happy. Thank you, Mobile help for giving us the peace of mind we both needed!”

“Finally feel comfortable going about my everyday chores without having to worry about feeling sick and not being able to get someone. Get to go see my grandchildren and feel safe to be left with them to take care of them for short periods of time without being concerned that I can't contact someone if I feel sick”

“After screening various companies that provided the same service as Mobil Help I found this company to be the best bargain based on price, equipment and service. My initial interview with your representative was clear, concise and he fully explained your services. My equipment arrived on time and was easy to set up. I especially like the GPS function which allows me to use your service outside of my home.”
