“I hit my button accidentally and was notified immediately within seconds also had to make adjustments on my emergency contacts they were very helpful and corrected everything”

“Yes, I have Mobile Help and I'm so glad that I do. It works! Mine has gone off several times because I accidently hit it on something or I leaned over and it hit the counter. So I know that it works in case I fall or need help. I have referred several friends and one of my friends has purchased it also. Hope I never need this but in case I do......I have it right at my fingertips!! Thank you.”

“I haven't had to use it yet. I'm happy about that! However I know I am protected, just in case anything unexpected happens. The personnel at Mobil Help were very easy to work with. Others I investigated were very pushy and I'm sure the salesperson I talked with was on a commission. He tried to sell me items I was not interested in. I am pleased with my final decission.”

“EXTREMELY disappointing. Thank God I haven't had to use this thing in an actual emergency! Today the device began flashing for no reason. When I performed a test the test "Failed" and I was told to contact the Call Center. Of course the "Complete User Guide" doesn't include any important phone numbers but only tells you to "refer to the website listed on the contact information card". So, aside from the "Complete User Guide" how many friggin' pieces of paper do I need to keep? Very disappointing, very not user friendly.”
