I feel secure wearing MobleHelp. Hopefully, I will never have to use it as provided but it does give me the security of knowing I have help if needed.

My experience with MobilHelp has been great. My husband accidentally set the alarm off and the response was immediate. The device you wear around your neck is lightweight and very unintrusive. My husband has gone into a Memory Center and no longer needs the device. MobileHelp was easy to work with refunding my unused payment and returning the equipment to them.

It's a good help to have except the voice sound is not loud enough to be heard under clothing (winter) and thus unavailable to see that it was activated and/or heard.

I received my Mobile Help materials about a month ago and am not very tech-savvy, so I called the company. The woman I spoke with was very patient and polite and she led me through all of the different components and checked them all so I would know they are working properly. Thankfully, I have not had to use the system yet, but to date, I am very happy with my choice.

Very easy to use. Usually put on charger ea day & takes 30 min or less to fully charge.

. Unfortunately I don’t recall the individual’s name that assisted me. She was was wonderful. I purchased the medical alert for my mother who resides in another state and she answered my questions and even provided information that I had not considered.

I have put off for several years getting this type of help. Now that i have my “mobile Help” i am trying to encourage my 90 year old friends to get the help they need before it is too late.A.S.K.

Am recent widow and prone to falls due to delayed hip replacement surgery .. as couldn’t leave husband during his illness!! The system gives me great security and have had several false calls due to my bumping it on things. Staff and response time excellent!! Highly recommend!!

Am very pleased with my MobilHelp Alert wristband and pendant because I know that if I fall while taking a shower or elsewhere help will soon be on the way to help me get up and provide an ambulance to transport me to the nearest hospital if needed.
