Since my grandma is still in rehab she has not had to use it yet but it’s nice knowing it’s available to her

I recently purchased Mobilehelp. I like the prompt service. I called few other companies. I found Mobilehelp better.

Not happy with the change due to the G3 stoppage. I was provided with an inferior product at the same monthly cost. A great company would have given the product to you free because you had to pay so much for the initial product.

I set up mobile help for my father in law, down in Florida. My mother had life alert at that time. I would never recommend life alert to anyone! Apon returning home to Michigan, I canceled my mothers life alert and set her up with mobile help. Great people to work with.

We were very impressed with Mobile Help. They overnighted the product, easy to set up, and their response time to a fall is impressive. I would highly recommend them!

I'm not a tech person so I was pleased at how east it was to set up. Thankfully I haven't had any emergencies but system is easy to understand. I wish the "necklace" was a bit less bulky.

The device is unobtrusive. It reminds us when it needs to be charged. We had some issues with the first unit but it was replaced and seems to work much better now.

Npt very happy with equipment. Hsd a false fall detection 2 dsys in a row. Could not trust it. Cancelled service aftet one eerk.

I was uncertain about using the equipment after I ordered it. I called customer service twice and both times they were extraordinarily helpful. They didn’t hurry me and answered every question thoughtfully

the fall button goes off much too often...it seems to be too sensitive...if I turn over while sleeping, it goes off! also, sometimes just touching the seat belt while driving. I will say that the response has been immediate and promptly canceled.

Fortunately have not had to signal for help as yet but it is reassuring to know that equipment is working and ready to help if and when needed.
