The customer support has been very good, they have responded quickly when tested and on two false alarms. Which is the reason I cannot give it 5 stars, as much I'd like to; The devices are kind of complicated for old folks because of the choices of too many pendants. I got the extra fall detection pendant on top of the basic non charging one, as well as the speaker pendant. The one with fall detection pendant was triggered by accident, twice, and my mom couldn't hear the base station, nor did she have the speaker pendant with her. Now she's afraid to wear the fall detection pendant because she's worried she'll accidently set it off. My suggestion is that MobileHelp send two speakers, which is what essentially we now use the speaker pendant for at this point, she's never going to wear that because it's too bulky. What the company has to figure out is a one pendant system, rather than three, there's just too many variables when it comes to deciding on which pendant is best.

Due to many falls, I chose MobileHelp. It has worked very well as advertised, even in a bad fall yesterday. Having the alert system has given me a sense of security.

Was not informed the device doesn't work in a manufactured home. Consequently returned product. It would have saved alot of time on both sides if I was informed on my initial phone call.

I have not had an emergency but I did accidently set off the alarm and was contacted immediately. The peace of mind for those like me who alone is immeasurable.

I had only had MobileHelp a couple of weeks when I fainted and couldn't get up by myself. Within minutes MobileHelp had sent the help I needed and contacted my daughter. Thank you so much!

Every senior citizen who lives alone should have this. It’s a comfort to know that help is so near if needed. I did set the pendant off accidentally one time and thought surely I’d be in trouble, but it all worked out. I just don’t wear the pendant now if I am going to be active. I wear the bracelet.
