“I like it except that it goes off too easily with the fall feature. I was told to shorten the cord which I did but how when I hold something in front against me it goes off. I am satisfied because there is some drawback on every mobile device out there.”

“Very impressed with the customer service. The necklace trial 30 day period did not work out for my mother and the company honored the 30 day trial guarantee refund and gave us our money back immediately upon return of the necklace. Excellent customer service!”

“While I had the button it was great. I had to return it because I unexpectly found out I will be away from home for quite a while so won't need it where I am going.”

“The alarm is fine but we need to charge it daily and sometimes more and in middle of the night is not fun. At first we had no internet and thought it would help if we got it to extend the time in between charges but it hasn’t helped much. If your person has memory issues get this sooner than later. I think we got it too late to be much use for my person. We will keep it for now to help us feel better. It would be nice if on the account page you could save the contacts and re-prioritize them versus deleting and filling all info out again. Was told this used be an option.”

“I recently dropped my pendent on the carpet and immediately I heard a response from the main box asking if I needed help and told them it was an error. It was amazing how fast they responded. The previous company I had was good but MobileHelp is faster responding.”
