“The only provider to give all info necessary to make a purchase. The only provider to cover two people living together to participate under one plan. Every thing worked without difficulty.”

“I am still learning how to wear the pendant so that it is not activitated by accident. It gives me a feeling of security to know that help will come if needed. My hope is to never have to press that button but at age 85 it is no doubt inevitable that life will throw me something eventually.”

“I am NOT a member of MobileHelp. I liked everything about it except that I had 2 units and neither would hold a charge for more than 48 hrs. Too much of a hassle having to charge so often. I am now eith Life Alert and I don't like the fact that you have to carry a small black box with you every time you leave the house. The yearly price is overy twice as much as MH also. AND there's a $197 hook up fee. I think its a rip off, but I do know it is good.”

“The fall detector is very sensitive. Dropping it on the bed set it off. The "cancel" alarm worked well also. Satisfied so far.”

“I like it except that it goes off too easily with the fall feature. I was told to shorten the cord which I did but how when I hold something in front against me it goes off. I am satisfied because there is some drawback on every mobile device out there.”
