“It is a problem that the unit only holds a charge for an hour. I am not sure if this is an issue with the unit that I have, or if all the mobile help units only retain charge for an hour. Honestly, this is not much help as my daughter has to constantly return it to the charging stand to use it.”

“have great service but the necklass we have sent back twice because does not hold a charge we're on our third one & we charge everyday to keep it from going off in the middle of the night. service good product not so good.”

“When I called about using Mobile Help, the lady I talked to was very helpful and encouraging. I have been very happy with using my button. It isn't cumbersome and and I do feel safer knowing I can call somesome quickly if I fall.”

“the reps need more training about the product and to answer my questions correctly, If your web site showed more details on the unit that you are showing like the front the back and how long the phone line is and what is in the whole package would be a bigger help.”
