PEACE OF MIND! I love that up to 4 people are notified if activated. Response was immediate when button was accidentally pushed. I also like the warning when needs recharged. I highly recommend!

Everything to date has been excellent except for one feature. I strongly object to the voice indicator that my battery is getting low. For this, my rating is -O. If this should happen at a church/funeral service etc. it is VERY EMBARASSING and should not be. I was told by TechSupport that I should just turn off the monitor when I am in such a place or with others and do not want to receive this oral message. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a monitor? There must be another way to notify me and others. PLEASE correct this very poor way of communication. A rapidly blinking red light might be o.k. If you can make this type of device you can surely figure out how to make low battery notification much better. To date I do think you should know everyone has been helpful and courteous and I especially appreciate that everyone speaks good, clear, English. Just PLEASE PLEASE do something with your battery communication. This is a truly serious problem and I can't be the only customer who has this complaint.

It is great to know if you are in trouble your device will help. I was even really surprised one day when it talked to me and told me to recharge. My family insisted that I get MobileHelp as I live alone now and in my eighties. I also lost my son recently to a traffic accident, so don't really have anyone to call close by. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I tested MobileHelp yesterday while I was in town and in the car to see if I had coverage. In the car with the windows up, there was no coverage. I was supposed to call tech support. But then I tried the test with the window down and I had coverage. But 9 times out of 10 I'm going to be in the car with the windows up whether it's summer or winter. So I need it to cover me with the windows up. I will call tech support. Just have been busy and hadn't had time. Thank you! Emma B. Stone

MobileHelp was very patient with me when I dropped my alert necklace by accident when I reached for it as I got out bed. I panicked knowing I had probably set out an alarm that I had fallen. I couldn't remember which button I was supposed to push to indicate it was an accidental drop. Getting the call-back to see if I had fallen and needed help was a blessing since I panic and had pressed the wrong button to indicate that it was not an emergency but an accidental drop.

My 93 year old Mom just recently received her Life Alert. She fell today, and almost immediately I was contacted as was my brother who lives next door. We were able to get her up but it was a great relief knowing she had her pendant and if we had not responded, help would have been dispatched to her.

From the my first contact with mobilehelp everything was great. They answered my concerns on the phone, emailed me everthing so I could see what I would get, see how much it would cost and explained everything clearly so I could make an educated decision. Everything told and promised to me on the phone was provided to me in writing. I have been wearing the mobile alert system for a month and am 100% satisfied.

Everything about this company was amazing. The help to get it set up was so easy. The employee who helped me was exceptional. We got the set up in the 2 days promised and the set up of the equipment was very easy. Thank you fir this dependable service.

I was busy cleaning and my wrist band must have hit something and my phone rang asking if I was alright. When I said that I was they wanted to know if there was someone else in the house in trouble. There wasn't anyone in the house, but she could have heard the TV. I thought that was quite thorough checking on her part. We spoke for a bit, making sure I was OK.

I accidentally initiated the pendant and the service called immediately and verified that I was safe. The representative was professional yet caring. Worth the price just after a a couple weeks use. Thank you.
