They were very helpful on the phone. The equipment came the next day easy to set up and use.

When I talked to the customer service person I told him I was only interested in the Panic Button device to wear when I hike. I did however also receive a Fall Alert which I did not request. So I returned the whole package.

Only have had Mobil Help for about a month. Customer service and delivery has been wonderful so far. My father is 92 and is alone at night, this gives me and my brother piece of mind during his time alone.

I have had no problems since I got Mobile Help I had a problem before I got Mobile Help. I picked Mobile Help Because of everything they had to offer John Slusarz

Better than good. Immediate answer to calls as I tried to learn the system. Am so glad I chose MobilHelp instead of anything else .

Accidently tapped button. Within a short time a voice asked if help was needed No but thanks for contact. Getting used to girl telling me to power up. Almost wore it during ct scan. It's worth piece of mind

We have had mobileHelp for about two months and and very pleased with their service. We have not had an emergency yet but we have had a couple of miscalls and their people are very understanding.

I am highly disappointed in thar you have to be in range of an at&t tower for this device to be functional. I frequently am in an area that has very weak signal if any. I wish this information had been clear to me. If it had I never would have embarked in this program

Customer service was excellent. However the product was not as expected. The device was too sensitive resulting in several false alarms. Unfortunately, the recipient didn’t feel comfortable using it.

My farther needed help and he pressed the button and an ambulance came in 10 minutes and I got a text message saying that the emergency button was activated. Thanks mobile help

I feel confident and safe when wearing Mobile Help. I recently fell before Mobile Help and had to crawl to the phone. Now I feel safe!

I purchased this unit for my recently widowed mother, who is elderly and lives out of town. I submitted a request on their website and they called me within 5 minutes. Samantha walked me through everything, gave me suggestions and arranged the entire process. Then, the company walked my mom through how to set everything up and did some test calls. She is very happy and we both feel much better knowing someone is there to help in case she falls or has a medical issue at home. I strongly recommend this company.
