So glad I called Mobil help. They are very reliable and priced very well and their customer service is wonderful. I had an issue with my first device and they took care of it promptly and without fanfare. They made me feel protected and cared for. I feel this company can be trusted.

We recently purchased Mobile Help for my 86 year old sister with some health issues, including neuropathy in her feet so she doesn't always feel them. She is pretty unsteady on her feet especially if she isn't using her walker. She lives alone as one of her daughters recently had to move to another state. At first my sister was reluctant, but I must say has become used to it and even if she accidentally sets it off can converse with Mobile Help. For my family, this has offered us great peace of mind as we continue to try to support to wish to live independentaly.

I had two other experiences with getting lifeline from two other companies. Bad! But your company was great! Got all info. I needed. Unit delivery. About four days! Mostly I have punched button by mistake. A very professional kind person comes on. Love no home base. Toggle around my neck is all the Hardware needed. So convenient. Thank you!.

I would give our experience a 5 star rating , except for one point that I will get to in a moment. First, the people helping my mom and I were very kind and helpful. The system is simple to set up, and the devices seem to be robustly built. Costs are more resonable than their competitors despite quality support for any issues that may come up. Now, the only reason this wasn't a 5 star rating was we had to re-do what had been ordered for my mom. The first one we ordered had a base, a mobile device, a fall detection necklace, a shower button, and a wrist device. My mom is not tech savvy at all, and my wife and I are only able to keep from looking too uninformed with modest skills. We asked for the most simplistic system that provided fall protection. But this system sent was too many pieces, too many things to remember, and she was ready in two days and forget it and send it back. We spent several weeks talking and researching this, and it was too much for her right away. We communicated this with your representative, and he suggested the All-In-One system, where it is JUST a fall detection necklace. Perfect! We boxed the old system up and returned it. Got the new one and set it up yesterday in about five minutes, and then was transferred to the accounting department to insure the difference in cost for the new system was properly set up and funds returned to my mom. When we initially asked for the simplist system, THIS is what we were talking about, not the multi-piece system that overwhelms elderly that are already tech challenged. It almost scared her off to not have a fall detection device. That wasn't an option if she is going to maintain independence. Thank you so much to the technician that recognized what we meant when we asked for the simplist system. If this is what was offered to us in the beginning when we stated what we were looking for, the rating would have been 5+ stars. Scott F.

This has to be the best on the market! We bought this system for my elderly mother and it has proven to be well worth the money. There has been no emergencies so far, but she has mistakenly pushed the button once and dropped the fall detection bracelet. Both times they were immediately on the intercom to check on her. This product has really made our constant worrying fade away.

It is still early to write a detailed review, however, so far we are satisfied with MobileHelp and the package we have. When I placed the order, the customer service rep was very helpful, informative and friendly. That was a great start. Thank you so far!

Easy to use monitoring system. Staff is quick to respond. Program sends reminders for charging the alert button. Volume is loud enough so communication is heard easily.

I gave my review 5 stars, even though I am critical of a couple of issues. I have already had to use the the alert service, though I have had it but a few weeks. The response was just what I expected-quick pickup, prompt ambulance dispatched and a family member notified-all within 5 minutes. I do have a concern that the pendant has to be charged every 24 hours or so, making potential need of it unavailable for up to an hour. I am also disappointed in the unattractive look of the pendant and the black cord, which gets wet when showering and dries slowly, giving one a damp neck and shirt.

Thank God that I have not had an emergency occasion to rely on my MobileHelp device! But, having said that, I have been very satisfied with the simple setup of the base unit and the wearable devices. I have been pleased with the level of cusomer service that I have received. I'm happy that I made this important decision.

ihave only had mine a short time , i have set it off three times. once i could not stop it but worked as it was suppose to,.Only had a couple problem the concern me twice during the day it warned me the battery was low. But i put it on the charger every nighr for atleast 8 hours?
