I received a phone call telling me all about ur item for sale, I was told it cost me around 29.99 monthly I agree to that and receive the box containing ur product. Before I even got it activated, ur company charged my debit card with a seventy some dollar cost for the product. That was not told to me when I received the call and agreed to buy ur product. I have requested a return label and have sent it back to u, and am suppose to be refunded the seventy some dollars back into my account. I have called Better Business B, about ur company. I would never recommend ur product to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.....

There is no communication inside your organization does not pay attention to customer need very unsatisfied missing stuff from the eqqipment unable to use will never recommend any ine for this product

I am very pleased with the assistance I have received. The only thing I would suggest is that they would get to were I am a little faster. I was in slit of pain before they got there.

MobileHelp is exactly what we need for our mom who is 87 years old. We work outside our home for most of the day and we worry that she could fall because she has, even when we were inside the house. If she needs assistance at anytime, we can be reached with a press of a button. MobileHelp is all we need.

Thankfully I have not used it. However I am still getting used to logistics. I leaned against the kitchen counter and it went off. Would like to change the neck cord because it irritates my skin but still don't know how to. Just getting used to it and feeling safer since I live alone. Thank you.

The Caption Call was originally placed in our home for my husband but was a help to me as I wear hearing aids and am hard of hearing, also I handled many of the calls for him. My husband passed away recently and I spoke to my audiologist about getting Caption Call for myself which she agreed I needed. When Caption Call contacted me, I explained I already had the phone and they told me they would come check to see if I had the most recent model and take care of some technicalities. Braeden was so kind and helpful-you couldn't have a more positive representative of your excellent company.

Working satisfactorily Only complaint cord too long and i would have preferred a silver colored cord as i am out every day not homebound.

Our experience from the first contact has been so fantastic! It's been easy for my mom to use. Easy to charger! My brother was worried about the response time if mom needed help. I accidentally dropped her necklace off her bedside table ... didn't even have time to pick it up before it was alerting there was a fall detected! I was able to cancel it but received a call to make sure all was ok! We all have the utmost confidence in this system! Even my brother!

Although I was involved with the Mobile service only a short while due to my insurance offering the service free I would highly recommend their product.

I checked out 5 different mobile assistant programs and I chose MobileHelp for the best price and features. I liked that the neck pennant was small as well as the wrist pennant. One week after receiving MobileHelp my mother fell and broke her hip. I had to place her in an assisted living. I returned the MobileHelp and they refunded 100% of my money. Great company. Thanks

I’m old and certainly not proficient in the use of software and the internet. I can tell anyone that when I made a mistake and hit the the wrong part of my phone, or sat down way to hard, I had an immediate response from mobile. I was just approached multiple times to listen to their pitch :I told the company that contacted me that I was happy with Mobile. Thank you for great service. Best Regards, Bill Cormack

We got the micro device for my 90 year old mom. It has proven to be very reliable and an excellent safety tool. Their customer service has been excellent thus far.

I have not had to use this product yet, so I can only go by the contact with personal and one false alarm which was handled very politely in spite of the fact I sort of paniced and couldn't remember how to cancel the fall alert. Had only had the unit 2 weeks at that point!!!
