“I began on the website to seek information. Ended up using the LIVE CHAT option. This worked great. Adam was VERY helpful, answered all my questions and then took my order. Very easy to get set up and the order placed!”

“The gentleman who assisted me was helpful, pleasant, and prompt in assisting me with my belt case replacement. In addition, he mentioned the advantage of having a bed stand alarm device. I added that item to my order. Excellent customer service.”

“Service technician was very kind and helpful. Right now my problem seem to be with the equipment. Gone off as a fall when I've been sitting reading 3 times. Have had two serious fall and the fall pendant did not go off. Hoping I'll start getting what I'm paying for soon”

“From the first call I made to Mobile Help seeking a company to provide security protection for my mother-in-law, the customer service person I spoke with was so informative and helpful. helpful. During the 6 months we used MH services, everyone was great about “being there” when we needed assistance. I would definitely recommend Mobile Help to anyone looking for the services you all provide.”

“I ordered and received my equipment in a very timely matter. Customer Service reps are very friendly and helpful. So far I am very satisfied with how everything works, but fortunately, I have not had a need to actually use it by calling for help. The battery on the mobile unit stays charged all day and night.”

“Peace of mind is of great benefit to a senior citizen living alone. If I never need the service I would still have been free of worrying about possible accidents, sudden illness, fainting, etc. A toddler visiting in my home found the base and the large red light was an attraction. After he pushed the button I saw how quickly Mobile Help was in contact with me. Actually my granddaughter answered the Mobile Help call and I was impressed with how thoroughly she was questioned about my condition and possible need of help. I have encouraged many acquaintances, particularly those who have fallen while alone and help was not received for varying lengths of time. I don't understand why they will take such a chance since they could afford one of the plans. I take the GPS with me even going to the grocery, to church, every place I go since I do drive. Makes me feel safe and relieves my family of concern. Pendant or bracelet (at night) worn 24 hours a day.”

“Being out of the country and my mother thousands of miles away, I needed a home alert system that gave both of us piece of mind. I searched high and low looking for what I thought would be the best option before deciding on MobileHelp. Not only was I not disappointed, I was ecstatic at both the product and the professional and helpful folks at customer service. The product was a breeze to setup and couldn't have done a better job for my mother and I. I already recommended this product to multiple folks, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Fantastic product at a great price!”

“I haven't had the opportunity to use the service as of yet and I hope I never have to but the service and equipment up to this point has been excellent. I consider it to be another bit of insurance now that I am getting older and live alone.”

“I gav a 4 because they speaker system is not very good. The agent had a hard time hearing me from a foot away and that should be addressed. I even did a test with a technician and he said that’s just the way it works. I have to carry it with me around the house but all in all it gives me the security of feeling safe in knowing they can find me anywhere and so I get out more than I use to and not so afraid of being left alone when my son has to go out to get something or go to work.”
