“Customer service personnel was helpful, pleasant and efficient. I received my hardware within a few days. When I accidentally tripped the alarm I got a call from MobileHelp within 1 minute. My experience has been very good with them.”

“We enrolled my mother in the Mobilehelp after several falls. The lady who took our information was very pleasant and understanding The questions she asked were pertinent and to the point. Mom hasn't had a fall since enrolling so I can't score the service on the success or failure of the device, but when we tested the device it seems to work and the response was fast and pleasant. “Everything was done on the phone for my father. Very quickly with great communication skills. It arrived sooner then expected with good instructions My father was suppose to get the necklace wrist band. He got 2 wrist bands and that is probably good. Thanks, Carol”

“I have the mobile help system and this is for my sister (aloa) in san marcos. She is older then I and just lost her husband of 63 years, she is having a hard time. This will help her feel more safe by herself and to know all you have to do is push the button and help will be there to help get you thru whatever she is dealing with (falling, cuts or just not feeling well), she does have heart problems. I have not had to use you but I know if I do need help you will be there. Thanks Sandra Zabroski”

“We purchased MobileHelp for our 97 year old mother who lives alone and her closest daughter lives 5 hours away! Mom and all of we adult children feel much better knowing she will get help immediately should she need it. Mom is very independent and her choice is to stay in her own home. MobileHelp makes this a more comfortable choice. It is reasonably priced, very easy to set up and all our questions were answered quickly.”

“One night I was in bed for maybe 5 minutes and there's all this banging on the door. I didn't hear it well on the front door but the back door was loud and clear, right next to our bedroom. We hadn't gotten our lock box yet. I got up to see what all the commotion was about and it was our MobileHelp Angels. I guess when I took off my necklace and placed it on the night stand, I must have placed it pretty hard. They thought I had fallen. Now I am very mindful how I treat my necklace. Thank you for the trial run and for being so prompt. God Bless You all!”
