“Online ordering was simple, product arrived quickly, company response and follow-up was impressive. Clearly indicating all items included with each package would be a tremendous help when purchasing. MobileHelp has provided a peace-of-mind security blanket for the entire family - regardless where Mom is, help is just a push of a button away.”

“I was relatively easy to set up. I did not realize one needed to carry around an additional package to compliment your wristband or necklace when away from home. It takes getting used to for a man. It is much easier for a woman who carries a purse.”

“My call center rep was Gus. Gus was very helpful, considerate and professional. He answered every question I had and due to an oops on my part, patiently waited for me to figure out why the charge did not go thru (wrong security code given). Explained the option to upgrade and the insurance very well and I did both. I am looking forward to working with the company in taking care of my mother.”
