“I had fallen 3 times last year and after the third fall, my kids said that's it!!!! You need an life alert system. I did some research and found MobileHelp. They were just what I needed!!! It was easy to get started and they were so helpful. I will recommend MobileHelp to all my friends!!!!”

“Customer service personnel was helpful, pleasant and efficient. I received my hardware within a few days. When I accidentally tripped the alarm I got a call from MobileHelp within 1 minute. My experience has been very good with them.”

“We enrolled my mother in the Mobilehelp after several falls. The lady who took our information was very pleasant and understanding The questions she asked were pertinent and to the point. Mom hasn't had a fall since enrolling so I can't score the service on the success or failure of the device, but when we tested the device it seems to work and the response was fast and pleasant. “Everything was done on the phone for my father. Very quickly with great communication skills. It arrived sooner then expected with good instructions My father was suppose to get the necklace wrist band. He got 2 wrist bands and that is probably good. Thanks, Carol”
