“I feel safer now that I have this system with the detect a fall button, I have tested it several times and it works fine. I do have a small problem--when sleeping, if I turn over in bed, the fall button goes off! Also, if zI bump anything it will go off! I wear it to bed & have not taken it off--so if there is any advice you could give me to stop these false alarms, it would be greatly appreciated. I am satisfied with this product. Thank you for your help.”

“So far so good. Only had it for three weeks, but it works fine. Only one problem and that is the wrist band. Had to go to a store and purchase a different kind. Good sales people. Explained everything well. I would recommend MobileHelp so any one needing a unit it would work. I did not purchase the "fall down" unit because they said sometimes it doesn't work when u collapse.”

“Everyone with whom I have dealt has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we have tested the equipment, or accidentally activated it, the response time has been very favorable and the operator has followed the procedure we have established. At this point, we are very pleased with MobileHelp.”

“Way to early.....just had the system for two weeks. It does make me have confidence but so has physical therapy and in-home nursing care. We will see if I fall again. Let's hope not.”

“I purchased this system for my mother. Although she has not needed to us it yet, when we test it they are quick and very kind to my mother. She finds a lot of comfort in this which gives me peace of mind.”

“I have two accounts. Both with the same equipment. My Mom has 9 alerts today in 10 min. One of her items was malfunctioning. Mobile Help could not tell us which piece it was. My wife has a fall pendant which has gone off several times when she is just getting in or out of her chair. This seems to be something that needs to be corrected. Joe Bohnert”
