Extremely Prompt to answer. My mother fell at 4:30a.m. in the morning, she pushed her necklace, and you answered within three rings! Great Job. Offers me and my family such a peace of mind.

well, simply really, you did what you said. though it was a misstake, mom'e wrist band activated and emergency verhickle was disspatched prometly and swiftly, even before she was able to take the moble communication out. and you promatly sent a message to both cell phones in the case of the emergency, In this day of age, it is a really good thing to find someone or company to do what they say they will do. for that I couldnt be happier.

I felt so much more secure over the past six years, knowing that my dad could just press the button and get help with MobileHelp. He used it several times, and each time the response team said just the right thing when they contacted me. Recently my dad died suddenly just before turning 91. After he died, I tested the alarm on his wristband and was so relieved to know that it was in perfect working order. That reassured me that he must have died suddenly and without warning, as he knew how to use his alert button and it was on his wrist when he died. The reassurance and peace of mind that gave me was a completely unexpected, and wonderful, benefit of having signed him up with MobileHelp.

Such a pleasant experience to talk to someone who knows what they have and can offer. Really a peace of mind knowing that our mom is safe. The unit is nice, mom prefers the wrist band which surprised me so I am glad that I didn't have to choose for her and she had the option to choose for herself. It brings back some dignity to there life knowing they don't have to bother the kids. It is easier going to sleep at night for us knowing she has the wrist band on. She never takes it off, so it must be pretty comfortable.

Sales person on phone was very helpful listening to what I needed for my 84 year old mother who lives alone. She didn't hurry and explained everything to me in detail. The service has been terrific--everything we expected!

Well, the basic concept of having a safety alarm device on hand for possible use by someone in need of care seems to be handled well here. But the "fall" device we tried was a disaster. The first day my wife simply was removing it from her neck and the alarm went off! We pressed the button on the home base and said it was an error, but the mobile unit was still broadcasting a message as to whether or not we needed emergency help. Really, it we respond to one unit why does the other still keep going. The same thing happened several days later when she simply bent over to get something on a lower shelf in the freezer. We canceled the next day, because the device it useless if it keep giving false alarms for every day fractions. We swapped for a regular pendant and got the sheet on how to calibrate it, but the guy on the phone said never mind, he could do it from his end. Nice, but not what it emphatically states in the info sheet that came with the new one. Seems like you don't have your act together. And lastly, how dare you to tell me to speak to you before I give a low rating! Were you going to try to raise my opinion to great. If so than the ratings are useless, but I doubt you will let this one be published anyway..

Samuel Ruiz who dealt with both my son and I was very helpful and the reason we decide to use your company. Although I chose not to wear the pendant around my neck. but keep it close by where I sit and sleep I feel protected. THANK YOU. MRS. T

They worked with me most courteously to answer all my questions and walked me through the setup efficiently. Explained their procedure and products available for upgrades. Tested the system and thanked me for my business. Appreciated me as a new customer and looked forward to serving me . That means a lot to a Southern lady my age

Great product and service description. Answered all of our questions an concerns and provided an informational pamphlet that we could share with the whole family as we made our decision on which medical alert system to select.
