This is the first time I have dealt with this type product. I did some research and compared some different products before settling on MobileHelp. We received our products in a few days after ordering. We have completed monthly tests from each of our devices and each worked as advertised. Customer service has been helpful with my questions in setting up our lock box and my wife's medical information sheet. The kids and myself feel confident when we are not home that my wife is just a button push from receiving medical help if needed.

Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating for my mom so far. My mom is happy to have the security of knowing help is but a button push away!

They really didn't make me that happy actually they kept calling my phone l was dealing with Robert then all these other people was calling my phone l had a better experience with the women that I talked to

I, my husband, & my sister are living in one house. A few months ago, I purchased a Mobile Help for my sister. She wears her neck pendant. There was no unpleasant experience with the equipment. Last month, I purchased another one for my husband. He wore his neck pendant wherever he goes, & most of the time, he was in the garden. Several times, somebody from the office called to ask about the accident. I said there was no accident/emergency yet, how did they know. The answer was that a call to the office stated that there was an emergency in our house. There was even a time when the Lee Ambulance Team came to our house because they were informed of an emergency. So I have to call the office to ask why such has been happening. The lady who answered me later on found out that my sister has been using the pendant with a white button, while my husband has the blue button. This blue button appeared to be the reason, because every time that the wearer moves, a message was brought to their office that something went wrong. I told the lady that when I purchased the Mobile Help for my husband, nobody mentioned to me about the button or the difference from what my sister has. Anyway, that answered the problem. I was sent another pendant with the white button, I returned the one previously sent with the blue button. Aside from this, nothing yet happened in our family. And I would say that when I have to call the Mobile Help's phone, the one who answered was respectful, knowledgeable, & patient.

Your employees are very friendly & helpful. I was having trouble with my fall button the 1st wk, it kept going off every time I moved in bed watching TV. They reset it no problem, it only went off once from me dropping it. But they answer all my questions. Thanks for this review.

I'm so very pleased with the care that I received from the staff. So glad I chose Mobilehelp. I hope that we never have to push those button, but I know that if I do I can count on Mobilehelp. I was ready to buy the system before I called, but the high pressure telephone sales almost made me hang up the phone. I was unable to receive the information about the system sent to me by mail.

it's hard to write a review as I just started the service. Yes I got my supplies and it was easy to set up. I hope I never have to use it but do feel more secure knowing I have an alert system should something happen.

I especially enjoy keeping the mobile in my purse at all times so that wherever I go it is always there. I keep the bracelet on my arm at home to feel secure. When my husband is alone we place his bracelet on his arm.
