“My mom had a previous alert system that cost her more monthly and DID not work as effectively as MOBILEHELP. As a matter of fact, the pendant needed to be charged nightly! So, God forbid she had fallen while in the bathroom, no help would have ensued. A few times it had flashed incessantly during the day indicating "low battery" after being on the charger all night. As a result, I did my homework and checked out the many systems available. MOBILEHELP came out on top! My mom has the pendant with the fall sensor, a wristband unit, and a GPS tracker unit to adhere to her pants or purse when she leaves the home. When the products first arrived , we called a few times times with questions that had arisen and the folks working at MOBILEHELP couldn't have been nicer, or more supportive. They explain everything in great detail. They want you to feel at ease and know you are protected. That gives me peace of mind, as well. A few times, the fall detection unit signaled an emergency, when it was not. Once, my mom "plopped" herself on the sofa, and it was read as a fall. Although my mom was mortified that it triggered "an emergency fall", the phone responders were so caring and comforting to her. They were pleased to hear she was safe and it was a false alarm. I, as her daughter, was thrilled to see that the unit, and most importantly, the folks responding , are ready to assist at a moment's notice!! We HIGHLY recommend MOBILEHELP to everyone!”

“It arrived as stated. It was easily set up and tested. Since then, it has called for help while it was lying still. The inertia detector must be very senditive.”

“The safe feeling of a voice if I fall. It was easy to setup. Only the wrist gave me a rash. Can't wear it.”

You can change the wrist band to any standard watch band of your liking or we can always swap it out for a neck pendant for you. “I got this for my sister who has many medical conditions. I was treated very kindly.They answered all my questions. When it arrived they went through our questions and helped with set up. Now I have peace of mind that me sister can get help no matter where she is.”

“i always wanted a gps but had a problem with the receptiom because of at & t being the main provider of medical alert systems because im in the woods. but mobile help has a booster with att in their gps that allows me to have a gps finally. their prises are reasonable & their customer service is nice and will fix any problem you have. i just wish they would have 24/7 coverage on customer service”
