“THE SIZE OF THE EQUIPMENT. IT IS GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE ALONE WITH PETS AND A WAY TO GET MEDICAL HELP WHEN I NEED IT.”

“Just a new client, I don't have any experience except the set-up. A rep was very helpful in that instance. I like that I can have this small pendant on me at all times. Also the option of the wrist device, which I have not used. Ity is good not to have the device in a charger, so it is ready to help me 24/7. So far have not had an emergency (Thank the Lord) so cannot comment on the service if I do.”

“I fall so easy and my husband has dementia and he would not know if I fell outside. I have osteoporosis and break easy. I love the security it gives me.”

“Customer service was very helpful setting up the service. Fall pendant activated easily, almost too easily. It was Sat down on the counter and hit harder than it should have but not dropped. It activated and we got a call to check on us. No help needed but good to know it worked as expected.”

“Has gps at home so whoever contacted in emergency they will know where my home address is. All I have is a cell phone so if I am not able to talk to 911 they will not be able to locate me at home address to my understanding”
