Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say how pleased I am with Mobile Help. While on vacation in NJ last June, I accidentally hit the button on my necklace and the EM came to my son's house to help me. My cousin, who is one of my contacts, called me (she was also on vacation in VA) to see if I was ok. That's how I found out that Mobile Help really helps all over the country. I feel so safe having this system. It has become my "new friend". So far, I have given information to three of my friends who have lost their spouses. Millie Dudek

What I like about MobileHelp is that I only have to push one button and everyone is notified of the emergency in our home. We recently used MobileHelp for the first time and my neighbor was notified, my kids were notified, the EMT's were notified as was the Fire Dept. It is wonderful working with people who care about getting things done for the elderly. I would highly recommend Mobil Help to all my friends. They always answer and take a issues with complete a professional approach for the product they sell.

Over the several years of the service, I have one negative comment. Three years ago my father went to the grocery store and leaned over into the frozen food area and pushed the button. The agent called him back but my father is hard of hearing. If the device had a vibrate feature the misdirection of the EMTs might have been avoided. As it was, the emergency personnel responded to his house broke down my father's back door. If the agent had double checked the GPS information, the situation would have been less damaging to my relations with my father for insisting he have the protection of the Mobile Help service. I want to assume that this is a cautionary tale for training personnel in an emergency situation to avoid assuming where the clients is. Also, I wish there was an update to include a vibrating feature.

I got MobilHelp to wear outside when I walk my dog. I'm 57, and have chronic pain from 7 herniations in neck and back, fibromyalgia,arthritis, and lumbar ridiculopathy. I live in a bad neighborhood with drug dealings on most corners, among other things. It didn't used to be like this. But I feel much safer when I wear this outside. It's a good feeling to know I can get help when I need it. Thank you.

I feel very safe wherever I go with my Mobile Help device. I have taken it out of town several times and I feel very comfortable having it with me.

I have both the 'MobilHelp' pendant which I wear around my neck and also the 'G.P.S. Tracking Device.' I feel totally 'confidant' knowing someone knows where I am at all times and can summons help if needed.

I have had Mobile Help for almost a year, and am very happy with the service. I live alone, but with Mobile Help, I can take a walk outside as long as I take my mobile device with me, I feel confident to drive and do other things on my own. Thank you, MOBILE HELP!

Although I've had it for 5 years now,fortunately I've yet to use it,but the fact of having it readily available is peace of mind to me. I try to check it once a month just to let them know I'm hooked up.

I have been a member of the MobileHelp family for several years. Although I have not had an emergency, I do check to make sure it is working. I have been very happy with how quickly they answer no matter where I am.
