On a trip to Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee NH I thought this would be a good test for my Mobile Help device. I thought they will never find me way up here among the trees *wrong* there she was ....do you need help etc. At my request she gave me my location on Timber Lake Rd. I was definitely impressed. Fortunately, I have not needed your service for an emergency but I'm still grateful for "finding me" wherever I might be. Terry Manning

As of now, I haven't had an emergency. One day, though, I bumped the unit and must have activated it and someone was right there to ask if all was well with me. I need some help with one thing. When the time changed on Sunday morning, the unit now doesn't have the correct time.] If you could reset it for me, I would appreciate it. Thank you, Janice Vaughn

I have been a member of MobileHelp for the past couple of years and in being so I have the peace of mind that there is always a friend close by. Fortunately, no real emergency has occurred but knowing that you are there it makes living alone comforting. Thank you.....

I've been VERY pleased with MobileHelp after two years. Every time the button has been pushed, a representative calls my mother immediately. Also, the watch band has gone bad about once a year. No problem. A simple notification and a new one is,on the way. I have total confidence in this company and will not switch due to the outstanding customer service.

When I was on a trip I took my hand equipment with me . I called the office that I was going to be out of town so the base was turned off till I returned home.

Mobile help gives me peace of mind. My husband who is less than good health wears it all the time. He is home and I'm at work. I know if he falls or gets hurt or can't get out of bed he can press a button and get help. I also like that I will also be notified. I'm very happy with this service.

MobileHelp has provided my family with an outstanding level of service. Both my parents wear the bracelets and have the GPS unit which is an excellent source of comfort. My father unfortunately needed to use the unit 3 times within a 5 week span and it was easy to use (even with the learning curve of not being able to speak into the unit, the emergency response still occurred). MobileHelp assisted the emergency team when they arrived as they knew exactly what they were dealing with, including the medication information which was easily located. Plus myself, and then my brother, were immediately contacted and informed of the events. We have already recommended the product to a number of people since signing up last year and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I didn't get to use Mobile Help when I called because the local ambulance called by AC Moore was quicker and got me to the hospital immediately. I even wondered why I was contacted by an agency from Georgia ( Gallagher) and why I am to pay much more than I agreed at the time of my signing the papers. May I get an explanation, please? Thanks from Carolina Nazareno. By the way, I was in Delaware then.

I have had Mobile Help monitoring for years. I am a 71 yr old retired nurse who has lived alone in my home for 14 yrs. I am probably too active for my own good and extraordinarily clumsy to boot! I am fearless when it comes to home projects, including landscaping a steep hill in my backyard. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen down that hill, weed-wacker and all. I was mainly concerned that I would badly hurt or kill myself out back and nobody would discover me until I was "soup". Yucky, didn't want that! That being said, I decided to try out Mobile Help. I really felt secure with my pendant around my neck. I even left instructions that if I activated my alarm and didn't answer the base unit.....send help to check out the backyard! I even cancelled my home alarm system because, no matter what was going on (like a burglary), help was literally at my fingertip. I am only canceling this service because I am moving to a retirement community that is monitored and where I'll slow down and smell the roses!

My mother had mobile help and used it for the first time Saturday evening. Although, I was on the phone with her and had her press the button, the company called me within 2-3 mins after she activated it. They informed me that she was using the service. They were very nice and also asked if they could call the other people on the list. EMS showed up within 6 mins of pressing the button. Which was awesome for 1055pm. Thank God for mobile help, they give me piece of mind! I also love the key box she received as a free gift. Best free gift!

I have had Mobile Help for almost a year. I enjoy the confidence of knowing I have help nearby when I am out and the people I have spoken to on the system have been courteous, polite and helpful. It is a good investment. Thank you.

South Carolina recently endured "Hurricane Matthew" and my mobile device neck pendant was forced to endure a storm of its own. Somehow, I "lost" the neck pendant when changing clothes but did not know it...and upon my return to SC and after the first washing of clothes, there it was!! The mobile device weathered the washer and the dryer!! I called to test it and it worked...quite a surprise. Only one suggestion...use a higher quality "ring" between the lanyard and the neck pendant. It often catches and tears the lanyard.
