I Have found the mobile unit to be easy to use and convenient! Staff seems to be concerned about you and helpful, fortunately I have not had to use it but it makes me feel safe!

We've been relying on MobilHelp for about 3 years to "be there" for my 91 year old mother-in-law when we aren't. We've never had to use the service but I test the service every month and at least 90% of the time we get a quick response. On the occasions when the test failed I was able to quickly get support on the phone and work through the issue.

I've only used MobileHelp once when I had trouble breathing. I was in the bedroom and my base station and mobile unit were in my office. I pushed the button on my pendant and couldn't hear the mobile unit or the base station. MobileHelp called me on the phone which I was able to answer and tell them what the problem was. I have a lock box on my door, so the fire department was able to come in my house and help me without breaking down the door. One other time, I accidentally pushed the button on my pendant and didn't know it. I was on a road trip in a very isolated part of Wyoming. I got back in the car and heard the voice on my mobile unit and was able to let them know nothing was wrong. I was happy to inadvertently find out I could summon help in a highly underpopulated area, as well as in a city. It's money well spent for great peace of mind!

I have tested your system a couple times and I felt the operator was slow to respond. Also, I was not aware that my bill would go from $89.+ per quarter then jumped to over $108 I believe it is. I am looking into other providers because of this.

I have had Mobile Help for several years. In that time, I have accidentally triggered a response when i was away from home and without my mobile help communicator. The first I knew of it was when an ambulance showed up at the food pantry where I volunteer. Another time I dropped my mobile help waist pack in the ladies's room. They located it and told me where to go to reclaim it. I have been very happy with it.

My sister and I were very happy with your service. She felt comfortable wearing the pendant and/or the watch depending on her activities, and I slept better at night knowing she had emergency help available at the push of a button. I was impressed with how fast the response of emergency personnel was, and the only thing I didn't like is the lockbox was not very good. It was too hard to get in, and we substituted one used by realtors to show houses. It worked better.

We signed up for this service for our 90 year old Mom who still lives in her own space. She has both the necklace (which I think she uses most) and the wrist band. We bought the extra Fall Service so it would notify someone even if she falls and is unable to press the button. The only problem is that it is so sensitive that if she tries to wear it at night or while taking a shower, it will go off unnecessarily and then she has to respond. Because of this, she takes it off at night, which is not good as she get up to go to the bathroom and sometimes falls and then doesn't have it on to notify anyone! Also, because it too often will go off in the shower just bathing, she won't wear it there! Sort of defeats the purpose of the two most important things we were worried about! Is there something that can be done to tweak this??? Any alternate suggestions??? We do take comfort knowing that she wears it when up during the day but other programs are just as good for that which are somewhat less expensive. Thanks, Susan Lewis

My father is 88, lives alone and driving. I purchased your product for my father for my peace of mind. I'm very happy knowing my dad can still travel and take care of himself and help is always with him. Thank-you.

MobileHelp has been there many times for my parents. It is such a relief knowing that they can push a button and receive immediate attention - a phone call to a family member or a call for emergency help - only a button away. The representatives on the call are very calm and professional!

I greatly appreciate the peace of mind I have with my mother having MobileHelp. Being 14 hours away I can't just run right over. Unfortunately, we have real life tested the use of her button when she thought she was having a heart attack, felt week and needed transport to the hospital for medical attention. Just as it was supposed to, I was promptly notified. Thanks MobileHelp for being there when I couldn't.

I love it. Me and my wife had instances where we accidently hit our buttons and didn't respond to the phone in time and to our suprize was really amazed on how fast the ambulance and the fire department was at our home was amazing, needless to say we are very careful now. We would recommend this unit to everyone weather you are young or old and you need medical help very quickly. Thank You for your quick response time, Rodney and Bertha Dupsky

The instructions we received with the delivery of the equipment were clear and helpful, thus far the service has been good. The one improvement would be to set you payments up online.

I received my Mobile Help at the end of January and in Feb. I took a very bad fall and Mobile Help was there in in less than 15 minutes to help me. I have told many of my friends about this company. I'm so glad that i am a part of it.

I have Mobile Help for my 86 year old brother. He feels very secure when he leaves his home because he knows if he has a medical problem a push on the wrist button is all it takes to get him the help he needs. When I forget to check the unit he receives a notice and the unit is checked on the spot. When I have had questions the staff I talk to give me all the help I need without making me feel like a complete idiot/ They are always friendly and caring and I feel blessed that we found Mobile Help. The system is easy to use and maintain by simply re-charging once a month. Confirming the system is operational is a once a month use of the system to speak with a friendly person who comes on the line promptly. I wear the water proof bracelet at all times, including in the swimming pool and shower.
