As a new user of the MobileHelp Samsung Gear watch, (as reviewed on Techenhancedlife.com) I am delighted to have an emergency call wearable that looks handsome and works flawlessly. On two occasions I have tested the emergency signal and it was answered in seconds by a trained professional whose response was most reassuring. Bravo!

I looked at several companies for fall alert for my father. Almost all of them were very similar but what stood out most about MobileHelp was the value offered with so many options. The gentleman o n the line walked me through everything in a courteous and professional manner. He not only answered my questions but also asked questions. based on my answers, he recommended the best devices for my father at a very affordable price. So far everything works better than expected. Thank you for offering a great product at a great value.

MobileHelp staff were VERY helpful via phone on several occasions, answering numerous questions from me. I now have my MobileHelp Solo system and am so pleased that I will have GPS protection when away from home.

My mom has been very happy with this. A couple of time it has hit up against something simulating a fall. I highly recommend it for anyone living alone.

What I appreciate about MobilehHelp is the high level of efficiency. Every call is very friendly but very business like and to the point. When instructions are given they are one step at a time and very clear. Nothing is left to wonder about or question. It gives me a level of confidence that in a case of real emergency response would be quick.

The bad part about this system is having to carry the heavy power connection device with you. I can't have anymore weight in my pocketbook nor would I care to have that hanging on my body. Thumbs down for that design.

the mobile part doesn't let you know that it is charging or that it is finished charging. When I had a problem hit the button by accident could not top it. they told me 3-6 seconds to stop buz had to get on large mobile unit and could not get them to answer that. Got someone finially and they sounded a little upset that I bothered them not real happy may ent it back

I am a relative newcomer to MobileHelp but I am very pleased this far. So far, fortunately, I have only had to use the "test" button. I am saving considerable money over my last provider.
