I feel much safer with MobileHelp in my apt. I am 85 and live alone and my daughter lives 5 miles away. It is reassuring to have MobileHelp at my finger-tips! Thank you for being there!

Your sale rep.,Joyce was very nice to talk with. She acted in a professional and polite manner. She explained to me what I was recieving. Joyce is definitely an asset to MobilHelp! .She explained the procedure very well! Darrin/Darren your tech tested every item I had and how to use them. He was definitely very polite and active in a professional manner.

We chose this service for my sister, who lives with me, because it fit our budget, the device is easy to set up and use, and the representatives of the company were courteous, helpful, and caring. We highly endorse this company and recommend it to others.

I haven’t used the emergency service yet but I am very happy with the phone service I have gotten with help in setting everything up. I have just switched from Life Alert which was three times more expensive and required a three year contract, which was not made clear to me when I signed up. I like all the components of MobileHelp much better. They are easier to wear or carry and the base unit has the date, time and temperature displayed which I find very useful.

people have been most helpful in getting me set up. I'm not too happy with the bright green flashing light. I find it annoying and has been my only regret with signing up.

Customer service/sales were very informative and patient in my questions over a period of a couple of days while researching, before ordering. Delivery was prompt, less than a week. Installation literally takes 1 minute., you open the box and plug it into an electrical outlet. No phone jack needed. We chose the watchband option. Put on the band, plug in the base - which is essentially an answering machine type device- then Push a button and wait until it all connects. One minute! We tested it first with just the connection tester. Later we pressed the button and spoke to an operator who was both kind and efficient. Absolutely nothing tricky, complicated or fancy. Exactly what we expected and paid for.

I recommend using MobileHelp alert system. The sales / customer service team was very helpful. The product options were explained clearly, and my questions were answered without hesitation. Also the product setup was quick and easy.

I found both 'sales' assistants to be fully informed and very helpful and courteous, taking as much time as I needed to ask my questions before committing to signing up with their products and services. Once ordered the kit came quickly -- follow-up contact (auto recording by phone) was made by the company to me to ensure that the kit had arrived. The customer for whom the service was intended then passed away before the Mobile Help could begin, and so far there has been no problem in returning the items for a full refund -- They even informed me when they received the Return. I expect the refund to be reflected in my next bank statement....

I am so much happier since I've gotten the Mobile Help as now I can go anywhere and know that I am still able to get the help I need if I need it as before when I had a different one, I could only go about 2 football fields away and that was the extent of it.

Ordered mobile help person that I talked with and a lot of information and we talked quite a while and I received all of the equipment in a short time and it was easy to set up

I called 4 other medical alert companies. None of the representatives asked any questions about my husband's state of health - only MobileHelp. The high consumer rating and competitive pricing also influenced our decision. I had quite a few questions and everyone has been very helpful. Also, my husband accidentally sent the alarm off without realizing it and the EMTs arrived and found the key and all 4 of us on the alert list were notified. The system worked!

My family has been insistent that I have such a system as Mobile Help since I became a widow in 2016. So I have done so following the steps of a church member who is very pleased with her MH as is my next door condo neighbor. I am very happy for them! But I am petrified of all of it. Since the kitten knocked one piece off the table (which called an alert) and I had to respond to the phone answerer, I do not know what to do. What if I wear the necklace or bracelet and I accidentally hit the button and it goes off? I panic as I drive with the black box/square panic box in my car and it goes off when nothing has happened except that my pocketbook may have hit it. Mercy, mercy. I will be 80 years old in April. My health is so-so only because of the many years I cared for my clergy husband (neck and lower back issues) and the results of a weird fall at a hotel in 2018. I have a doctorate and have worked with universities/colleges/ countries such as Sierra Leone, Montenegro, Brazil, and Haiti as well as all over the U.S. with departments of Ed., Military, etc. but have never feared anything like this. The lock box for my door sits on my desk because I am afraid to put it out for others to see. PLEASE ADVISE. Dr. Gail B. After seeing your commercials I expected a 19.98 unit. I did not know you would charge 168.00for the equivalent! And no mobile help. I am in need of this service but when I find one that does what it says YOUR SERVICE WILLNO LONGER BE NEEDED,,

I received the unit about 2 weeks ago. Set up was very easy. When I tested it for the first time, a call was made to the center just as if it were an emergency. The staff member was very polite and professional. It assured me that I am in good hands!
