“I was doing some exercise in my basement being VERY active, jumping around, etc. and the alarm went off - the system had detected a fall. I had not actually fallen but I was very relieved that the system sensed a potential fall. I left Lifeline because they did not pick up 2 actual falls so it is very reassuring that this system really works.”

“RECEIVED MY UNIT AND AND EVERYTHING ELSE I ORDERED MUCH FASTER THAN EXPECTED!! EVERYTHING WAS ALL READY TO USE, JUST HAD TO PLUG IN!! NOT THRILLED WITH WRIST BANDS THOUGH!!”

“I am not ready to use the supplies. I hope to return them as soon as possible. I am doing better; I only had one fall because my legs were weak but they are better and I am back to exercise classes.”

“I love it and have only found 1 thing I would change. There is a way to cancel an automatic Fall Alert which I have used when everything is actually fine. But there does not seem to be a way to cancel a call when the button is pushed by mistake.”

Mary, If you accidentally set the fall detection pendant off, you can hold the button down until the system says "Alarm Cancelled". If you have any questions, regarding this, please contact Technical Support at 877-827-6207, Option 1. Sincerely, MobileHelp

“My dad accidentally triggered his fall detection while getting settled in bed but couldn’t hear the phone ringing to check on him. They contacted 911 and was dispatched. He happened to see the flashing lights and went to see what was going on. They checked on him and he reassured them he was ok. They said it was ok, we all at least knows it works. He has since recommended it to my aunt. I feel very assured he will be taken care of quickly in the case of a real emergency.”
