“Not much to say. I have not had to use it, and hopefully I won't. The service and help over the telephone was really good. Nice to talk to people that know what they are doing. I have to get a band made for the watch I have a large wrist. That works better for me than the pendent.”

“I found my initial contact with the MobileHelp sales rep to be very informative with no sales pressure. Upon purchasing the in home & GPS systems, everything that was presented was accurate: no surprises. The prices were better than I expected ! The after sales technical support has been EXCELLENT ! “Hello, I help my elderly long time family friend Pauline and she needed some kind of mobile help so we checked out the papers she had and went with Mobilehelp. Donna who I spoke to and helped me through all of the questions and such was GREAT!!!! Kind, calm, informative, and just all around helpful. thank you Donna. And then I was reading up on the material and couldn't get to Pauline till the next week but Mobilehelp called her and they helped her with all the hookup with her wristband and stuff.
