The only thing I don't really like is I have to carry the Solo every where I go outside my home. I guess that's the only way I'm covered away from home. On the whole it is OK.

By having the 2 devices, you never have to take off your help button to charge, however, if having an all in one is something that would better suit your needs, we do have our all in one smart watch.. www.mobilehelp.com/smart. I recently became a customer of Mobile Help.......on January 2nd i pressed my fall button.......i was light headed and not feeling good.......in just a matter of minutes.......the Ambulance arrived at the Senior Living Compound........i was iimmediately taken to the Hospital!......the response was very quick and a real Lifesaver......thank you Mobile Help!

Don't worry about falling now that I have Mobile Help. No matter the time day or night or where I am, I know I will get help plus it is reasonable in price.

I purchased this for my 95 year old mother who lives in Florida, I live in California. She hasn't had an occasion to use it other than to test it. She's happy to have it and I feel better knowing she has it since I'm so far away.

Your representative solved my problem which was to open the door lock. She was patient while helping me unlock the lock. She also took the extra time to test my system. I really appreciated her help.

Friendly,helpful service. Answered all my questions and delivered as promised. Service for test works fine and we are very happy with the product but hoping we never actually have to use it. Makes us feel better knowing mom would never be without help. Highly recommend.
