Great! After a couple of weeks I (unknowingly) hit the fall button by mistake. You responded instantly, I heard this voice out of seemingly nowhere asking if I was ok, I said I was fine, it was an accident and I was sorry. He asked my name and again asked if I was ok. It's very comforting knowing you're there, 24/7 Thank you, Barb M.

MobileHelp is wonderful i love this company and my life alert system i feel so peaceful to know that if no one is here with me i can get help besides falling sometimes very rare but i go into a diabetic situation and i cant get to oj i become helpless thank you toni osa

So far, so good. Three false calls to you 1. bumped arm on door as leaving restaurant. 2. Fall necklace fell off my neck- magnet didn't hold. 3. Cat stepped on the main alarm as I was in bed. Ok. So let's hope I never have to use you for real. ;-)

Only had it for a month, but most impressed with your customer service. My 82-year-old mother was able to transport the system to another state where she resides and get it set up and operating without assistance. I even got a text message when she tested it! She and I both feel better that she will be able to get assistance quickly if she needs it.

Easy setup. I haven't had to use it. I did accidently set off my pendant when I crosses my arms a little to tightly but it was easily resolved.

Provides an excellent product at a fair price. Excellent customer service (NOT in a foreign country!) Their equipment is even used by other providers. Very good at providing for and recommending exactly what the customer needs.

I unknowingly hit help button on my pendant. I heard a beeping from my mobile base. They responded asking if I needed help. It really, really works!😊

The best experience I've had dealing with personal alert systems for my 95 year old parent still living at home. Ordering and the terms of the contract were easy. MobleHelp made helpful suggestions on our needs. I set the system up myself in less than five minutes. My family LOVES it still operates when there is a power failure. Look at THIS system before even considering others.

The problem I had is that your service agreement is a joke. Whoever would agree to your service agreement has no knowledge of business. It is like signing your life away. Probably most people don't even read your agreement. I am surprised that you are even in business with that service agreement. The rest of your system is ok. Gerald Saccane.
