My mother has the basic in-home only service. After testing several times the service works, however the operator cannot hear my mom clearly even if she’s screaming in the next room from where the unit is located. She has be in the same room with the unit for them to be able to hear her, and likewise the speaker isn’t loud enough for us to hear clearly outside of the room, even at maximum volume and with the door open. Additionally it has taken over a minute for an operator to answer when testing the system, but they will eventually answer. So while it functions as intended it would be vastly improved by making it easier to communicate with the unit, and also by a faster response time.

The necklace is to sensitive I cannot bend over it sends an alarm but the bracelet works fine

Had too many problems wearing the Fall Pendent, because it kept sending signals that I had fallen; in fact I had not. Just sitting at my computer. Pendent it too sensitive. Contacted Customer Service and they told me to only wear the Fall Pendent when I am alone. Otherwise wear the wrist pendent.

I have only had mine a month, but accidentally found out how great it works by accidentally dropping it on the floor. I live alone and have had Parkinaon's for 16 years and the Mobile Help unit gives me a great sense of comfort knowing if I fall help will be here.

I had the experience of passing out due to illness and having to struggle to my phone and get help. My Mom told me I needed a button, like she has. I read reviews and Mobile Help has a good rating. They were responsive, good customer service, product delivered quickly, easy to set up and use. Greatest part is the peace of mind in knowing if anything happens again, all I do is push a button and they make the calls, they can direct 911 to my keys, and they have your health care information. Won't have to struggle again is something happens. That's if you can even struggle and make that call. If you live alone, don't wait until something happens. Give yourself peace of mind for that low cost.

After 4 false alarms I called to declare that my device was faulty, only o be told to shorten the length of the necklace. Why was this not part of the original instructions? Now I've only had one false alarm at 2:00 am, cause still not known. I'm just thankful I'm okay.

The staff that helped me in my original order were great. The facility where our friend ended up selecting had their own system. But, once she goes home, I'm positive that I'll be calling on MobileHelp in getting her set up with an alert system at home.

Very good except when I use the lanyard. It goes off as many as four times in the span of 10 minutes and is quite annoying. For that reason, I am only using the bracelet at this time.

Assistance with setup was good. Have the system In place. Have not had to use the system as of yet, and hopefully we don't. We shall have to wait and see how the service actual is when we need it.
