“Within 12 hours of setting up Mobile Help for our friend I received a call. She had fallen & Mobile Help had an ambulance on the way. We had neglected to put a key in the lockbox yet since it had been late in the day, so I went to meet the ambulance to open the door. When I arrived, to my surprise, the EMTs were inside the house. One of the “smaller” men came in through the doggy door! His first loud question had been, “Where are you?” His second question was “Do you have a dog?” Thank goodness her standard poodle was staying with friends. Our friend was helped up and was checked out by the EMTs and was happily sitting in her lounge chair an hour later. What a great ending to an unnerving morning. Thanks, Mobile Help.”

“I am new and have not needed emergency service yet. However, I can say with all honesty that having MobileHelp available to me relieves my fear of falling and not being able to get help. In the past I have fallen in my room fracturing each hip and my back on three different occasion. After much struggling calling for help I was taken to the ER. Now with MobileHelp this 84 yr old lady is prepared!”

“I have the wrist Samsung Gear S3 Frontier.. Previous Great Call and Life Alert.. Desired only one unit on my person working outside. This Samsung wrist unit appreciated. However, it has difficulties. GPS does not work inside large business building. The wrist Samsung has a battery life of about six hours. Sometimes difficult to get it adjusted on recharging stand....frustrating. Nevertheless, only wanted it while working outside on my property....very happy with this aspect of Samsung Gear S3.d The technical staff has been extremely helpful, kind, patient and working with me diligently. The wrist unit is new for MobileHelp so I am willing to be the "guinea pig" as the problems are resolved. I have no intention of returning the wrist unit .....it is just what I was looking for in an emergency alert......76 years old male.
