I have been very pleased with MobileHelp except for one thing: too many false alerts. I have yet to fall, but have had probably over 10 alerts.

Mobile Help has given me peace of mind knowing that a fall can be detected even if the person wearing device may not be able to press the button, also having a wall button placed near the floor can be pushed if person can’t reach other button.

This was a false alarm, as Mom got her necklace caught and yanked on iy, prompting the necklace to detect a fall. She was then able to cancel the call, but what a relief to know it works!!!

Found out today that the Mobile help things work real good. I had it in my pocket and bent over to pick up cane and this voice came over it and wanted to know if I needed help. I felt so bad for the people on it to help. I goofed and did it again. From now on i will put it in my belt case. Thanks again and I apologize for goofing up 2 times.

I feel much safer having Mobile Help, but my fall alert I wear is so sensitive that I trigger it very often, the last time it would not shut off without them doing it for me.

I do like the "watch" alert but the fall alert was not for me. It went off without my falling. I sent it back.

Thankfully we haven’t had to use the system yet but the company was very helpful in setting up the system and testing it. There is a great deal of comfort knowing my mother in law who wants to be self sufficient and independent has equipment at her fingertips that can help her if she ever needs it.

My mother was having some medical issues and needed medical attention right away. I called and they were very responsive to my call and dispachted an emergency vehicle right away.

When I called MobileHelp initially, Damian was very helpful, courteous, and informative. We exchanged phone calls several times after that and he continued to be professional and very helpful. When we finally decided this was the right system for our father-in-law, Damian assisted us in starting the order and then transferred us to customer service. Damian is a great employee and you should be proud to have him on your staff!

In my opinion the solo system is technically about 3 generations out dated . All that get from a wrist button and a cumbersome mobile device could be accomplished with a wrist button or a pendant alone!

I find MobileHelp to be very prompt in answering at alarm to be sure all is ok. Their personnel are very polite and ready to help when the alarm is hit. The set up was easy and sales very helpful and not pushy.

Within 12 hours of setting up Mobile Help for our friend I received a call. She had fallen & Mobile Help had an ambulance on the way. We had neglected to put a key in the lockbox yet since it had been late in the day, so I went to meet the ambulance to open the door. When I arrived, to my surprise, the EMTs were inside the house. One of the “smaller” men came in through the doggy door! His first loud question had been, “Where are you?” His second question was “Do you have a dog?” Thank goodness her standard poodle was staying with friends. Our friend was helped up and was checked out by the EMTs and was happily sitting in her lounge chair an hour later. What a great ending to an unnerving morning. Thanks, Mobile Help.
