Have not had this service long enough to evaluate. So far, other than being lots of trouble reminding myself to put on the devices , I trust that everything works when I need help the most.

The explanation on the use of equipment on the phone was very helpful. The gentleman was very patient and went over each piece.I am sorry I don't remember his name but kudos to him. A job well done. Thanks Cynthia Kahan

I have the wrist Samsung Gear S3 Frontier.. Previous Great Call and Life Alert.. Desired only one unit on my person working outside. This Samsung wrist unit appreciated. However, it has difficulties. GPS does not work inside large business building. The wrist Samsung has a battery life of about six hours. Sometimes difficult to get it adjusted on recharging stand....frustrating. Nevertheless, only wanted it while working outside on my property....very happy with this aspect of Samsung Gear S3.d The technical staff has been extremely helpful, kind, patient and working with me diligently. The wrist unit is new for MobileHelp so I am willing to be the "guinea pig" as the problems are resolved. I have no intention of returning the wrist unit .....it is just what I was looking for in an emergency alert......76 years old male. Your sales person was not completely honest about how my payments would be handled. - I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT. Just found out after I reviewed my statement. Dishonesty does not equal future sales. Mrs. Gloria Wilson

You will like the set up process. The customer service technician in right here in the United States and knows the product very well. Set up is simple and easy and the prices seem to be industry standard. I hope we never have to use the product but the set up and operation you will like.

I have been using the device for one month and feel more secure wearing it. I would like to exchange the second wrist monitor for a pendant.

I talked with "Bill" in Florida on my initial contact with MobileHelp and was greatly impressed with his knowledge of your product. I received my equipment as promised and quickly got it set up and running with little effort. Thank God I have not had to use your service so I cannot give an opinion on service.

I have had my MobileHelp for about a month and very pleased. I did not want to get a device like this but my PCP insisted I had to because of multiple falls. I am impressed by the features that are offered. Especially the "fall button". Also appreciate the ambulance company calling to check up on me and make sure everything was OK. I hope the unit continues to be just what I needed. Thank you for making it available.

I'm very satisfied with MobileHelp. Everything was explained well and there was no high pressure to buy more than I wanted. I called for additional answers for questions I had and was completely satisfied.

Getting the equipment and the set-up was handled very well. Fortunately I have not had a need to use the service. I did accidentally pushed the emergency button. The lady that answered was very pleasant and understood that I did not need help.

I was very impressed with the response I received when I accidently pushed my button... twice. I find it is easier for me to wear the wrist band instead of the necklace and so far I have not hit the button on this one.

Easy to set up, great instructions. It was hard to speak to a customer service rep as I had to stay on the line for over 15 minutes to finally speak to someone but once I did, it was a great help.

Mobile Help is a life saver for me. The fall button is a must have. Customer Service has always been nice and very helpful. I'm glad that Mobile Help is part of my life
