“I only talked with one lady I forgot her name but you need to find it and tell her thanks for me! Everything she said was exact! She was professional, but very personable. I believed what she said and she was spot on. The device works great and I do tell people the cost was great and so is the equipment...thanks again for peace of mind.”

“I have been very pleased with MobileHelp. The people I talked to, David, was extremely helpful and informative. This company has been thorough in their outline of help from notification of family, police, and ALL the devices to wear for my protection. I talked to some other companies, but this one seemed more comprehensive, without coercing, and with the best pricing.”

“I am new to MobileHelp and have had one occasion to use it. I had shortness of breath and after a while pushed the panic button. I got an immediate response. I told her what was wrong and she told me that help was on the way. The Ambulance arrived in a very few minutes and had the pin number to get my key and came in. The MobileHelp woman stayed on the line with me until they got to me. I recommend this service highly.”

“I requested the fall alert pendant. They do not tell you when you order that the fall pendant does not work on its own. You must carry the speaker unit with you. It is larger than a deck of cards and it has no strap or hook for a strap to enable you to carry it on your neck or wrist. Very impractical and inconvenient to carry around with you. So I canceled the service”

“The call center seems to be very good (as they acted during our test with your tech dept. Our salesperson, Lee Hammerman also had great follow up on questions. However, after we finally signed up after many, many questions and answers, since our circumstances are different than normal, the person who was helping me set up the specifics/process told me MobileHelp could not do what we needed and basically fired us and said you would send a refund. A wonderful supervisor in another department, Renee, called me the next day and said it could be done and she helped me get it done exactly right, along with Julian in tech. They saved the day and our account with you. So, we would have had very bad things to say but instead we are now fans.”

“I purchased mobile help for my mom that had hip surgery. She had it about two weeks when I received a phone call from mobile help telling me my mom had fallen and was unable to get up, and that she was not injured. They had someone on the way immediately. Great piece of mind knowing that they are there when a loved one needs help and you are unable to be there. I cannot recommend mobile help enough.”

“What peace of mind to know that mom has security while living alone. I have never dealt with a company as yours. Customer service was extraordinary. The customer service representative gave me his full name and told me if there were any problems, to call him. Your company is the best, keep up the good work. Hoping that mom will not need to call upon your services, but having the peace of mind to know it is there if she needs it is well worth the cost.”

“My husband and I haven't used the Mobile Help System, but it makes me feel more secure when we are out and about. When we go shopping to Cadillac, I always take the pendant and gps unit with me. We are both in our 80's and walking can really be a strain on me, but if I black out or fall, I know someone will be there to help me.”

“Your people answered my questions and I signed up for service. The set up was easy and I managed to do so. Had my hook ups checked (test). So far (cross my fingers) have not needed more help. Thanks.”
