We could not be happier with the customer service we have received, It is so nice to talk to pleasant reps who are truly anxious to help and not impatient to get to the point. They recognize that we are older and not as proficient on technology as we could be and they take their time to help us understand this valuable system., It is comforting to know they are there. As you can tell i have had a lot of false alarms. I called in a report and was told you would be sending me a new necklace and for me to return the one i have. I have never received the replacement. Thanks, Jo Ann Dickerson

After I did my research I selected MobileHelp as my provider. I'm active and not always at home so it was important to fine a service to fit my lifestyle. I haven't needed there help as yet but I feel confident if or when I do they will have help directed to me ASAP.

Haven't used the button yet. Been very careful and haven't fallen. Do like the bracelet, it is comfortable to wear, Wish it would be useable when traveling. Understand it is just for when we are home.

I found MobileHelp through a google search of all of the available agencies that provided this service. My husband has a brain tumor which has greatly disabled him. I have to work, and leave him alone during that time. I'm so happy I went with MobileHelp. It was fast and easy to start the service. The equipment is straightforward. Customer service answers right away and helps with every single detail of question we have had. And I hope we don't have to use it for emergency, but if we do, I'm confident we will receive the best service, care, and results.

I'm new to MobileHelp and so far it's been a great experience. I feel so much more secure knowing I can push the button on my bracelet for help. I live alone and this year has not been a healthy one for me. The Mobile Help bracelet makes my family feel better too because they live a couple thousand miles away.

Unit is easy to use. When calling the first time from the ad in the AAA magazine, I thought I would receive the home unit too, this was not explained to me, but what I have is good.

I had some issues with the piece of the equipment that sat on the cradle. When testing it, the 2 necklaces I have activated the system, but the base did not. Through help of your customer service we were able to reset it. Very professional, courteous employees.

The service department was very helpful with the purchase and set-up of the unit. The price was reasonable and the unit has great features. Unfortunately the cell service in our area is weak, one bar, so I was unable to use the unit. Returning the unit was easy and quick.
