I'm new to MobileHelp and so far it's been a great experience. I feel so much more secure knowing I can push the button on my bracelet for help. I live alone and this year has not been a healthy one for me. The Mobile Help bracelet makes my family feel better too because they live a couple thousand miles away.

Everyone I talked to at MobileHelp was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. Just having the emergency connection has give us peach of mind.

I love Mobile Help! They are there any time with a very quick response! They care about you and really want to get you the help you need as fast as possible! Unit is easy to use. When calling the first time from the ad in the AAA magazine, I thought I would receive the home unit too, this was not explained to me, but what I have is good.

I had some issues with the piece of the equipment that sat on the cradle. When testing it, the 2 necklaces I have activated the system, but the base did not. Through help of your customer service we were able to reset it. Very professional, courteous employees.

The service department was very helpful with the purchase and set-up of the unit. The price was reasonable and the unit has great features. Unfortunately the cell service in our area is weak, one bar, so I was unable to use the unit. Returning the unit was easy and quick.

I received the Mobile Help package of equipment and all seems to be fine. I tested everything and everything checks out just fine. I am considering adding the alternative base station and wll probably add that soon. Thank you and everything seems to be working great. Id like to add that all your staff was very helpful and polite and very professional. thank you all.

They have a gadget for every purpose to make sure I am never alone if I don’t want to be! I feel very secure about the program, but just one request. When I signed up, they said I could provide information about how to approach my dogs if something should happen and I need help from professionals. I haven’t found any place to put this information for first responders. But otherwise, I think you are far superior to “First Alert” - a company I had years ago and dropped when I moved.

Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. On your profile we have a section called, "household warnings", this section can list information on how to approach your dogs during an emergency. I have set off my Mobile Help 2 times by accident and one time I heard and knew it and was able to cancel the call. The second time (last night) it was set off again and I did not know it. I was not home at the time yet an ambulance was dispatched to my location. I felt so terrible that they dispatched but I had no idea. Earlier this week I fell in the bathroom when I was alone but I was unable to get up. Guess what, my Mobile Help was not with me so I waited about 10 minutes on the floor for my husband to get home and he got me up. Even though I was not seriously injured I wish I had the button so they could just call him. LESSON LEARNED VERY QUICKLY!!! Now...I take the button with me everywhere!

I purchased MobileHelp for my mom who lives alone and still drives and gets around on her own. Now that she is using MobileHelp I always know where she is and can rest easy that if she does have an incident at home or while she is out, help is just a button away and she can speak to someone from MobileHelp who will get her the help she needs and pinpoint her location.

Everything I need & more. Feel comfortable, safe, & protected when alone. The mobile GPS (with case) is very assuring when out & about.
