Process was easy and phone arrived promptly. However, it did not make it clear on order that the contract would start as soon as the phone was delivered, with no option to future date. I still had over a month on previous contract so ended up paying double.

Hi Jasmin,

We can confirm that all contracts will start from the moment they are despatched, this is done so you are connected to the network as soon as receiving your phone and are ready to use straight away.

There is no mobile retailer or network that provides the service to connect your sim/start your contract a month after receiving your phone.

I ordered my new monthly contract phone and was told delivery would be on 18 May. I’ve now been told delivery is delayed but no indication of how long it’s delayed for. No reply to my email asking for more info.

I bought this as an upgrade and was disappointed to find out after purchasing that I was ineligible to get 6 months free Apple Music as stated at the point of sale. This was due to the fact that I had previously been offered this on a previous contract. I took this up with mobiles.co.uk and also EE but all I was offered was an apology which is quite unacceptable. The terms and conditions didn’t mention anything about this when I purchased the phone

I've had to rearrange the delivery of my new phone, as the delivery address I requested hasn't been applied & has been arranged to go to billing address...so I have to wait another 6 days to get new phone! Courier couldn't help and nobody at mobiles.co.uk was available to help me.

The stock the the company has is good and they are able to find value for money contracts with other firms. The offer of cashback is also very appealing to the thrifty among us, HOWEVER they make it very hard for you to redeem the cashback, only releasing it in 5 instalments over a 24 month period which you have to upload the bill to their website and then they'll release the cashback in the form of a cheque posted to you. I have never met such a more cumbersome way to reward their customers. It simply screams greed hoping that the customer will forget to claim at ever stage, but I've diarised it. So not a company to recommend unless you don't mind their scruples.

Delivery was quick and fast however my contracted phone I am currently paying for came with no SIM card and I’m still chasing to get this sorted. Very annoying but a lot of my family members bought with this company and there’s is fine. Just pure luck I guess.

I was sent the wrong mobile. After calling 3 times as I wanted to cancel both service agents didn’t believe me that the wrong phone was sent to me, and I decided to cancel and sent the phone back to them. Third call I was listened to and the service agent apologised and ordered me a replacement which I will receive tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Great delivery on iPhone but having problems porting my old number over. Contacted yourselves three times Still no luck .been told to wait t3-5 days to sort issue out. Been told by EE that you haven’t fully competed necessary information required for Pac code to work . Come on guys this isn’t on 😖

Bought an iPhone 6s for my wife. Very prompt delivery and phone as expected. I had a Mobiles.co.uk discount voucher with a code to give £15.00 off EVERY iPhone purchased, the order page would not accept the code so I called Mobiles.co.uk only to be told that the voucher was not applicable to the phone that I had purchased as it was simm free, it was only offered when linked to a specific network. 100% misrepresentation as there was no mention of any network on the voucher. Pity as I was happy with price and the phone but then felt ripped off - very poor and no need!!
