Phone is Fast and effective. Large screen but very slim line. Quality camera and sound. Ordered a phone that was in stock, then 24hours email to say out of stock. Waited 9days still no phone. Cancelled the deal due to this. Went else where to get deal and was rejected due to credit. Not happy at this point, phoned back to mobiles.co.uk and apparently because I Cancelled the deal, due to there error, it still showed up on Vodafone provider side that I had a contract that looked like I just Cancelled so they rejected any other attempt for me to get a contract. Finally after over half an hour on the phone the girl was able to set the record straight with Vodafone and get me a new deal. I also bought a fast charger that was on offer and when it arrived its not compatible with my phone. Lots of small customer service improvements needed Iny opinion. I used email, phone calls and live chat to try and resolve this.

Still waiting to receive my sim card a week after making the purchase and several days after receiving delivery of the phone. I'm yet to receive any confirmation or communication about precisely when the sim card will arrive.

I asked your assistant for a iPhone 12 for £50 a month and he said there wasn’t a deal for that but when I have since been on your website it shows one so I am not rating 5 because I could have got the 12 as I wanted

Order was accepted and phone was delivered quickly without any issue. However My Account on the website is missing the cashback option. Welcome Pack mentions that free gift as "Save £xxx Cashback by redemption". Have spent many hours chatting to the customer service to resolve the issue but still Cashback option in My Account is missing. Online tracking of cashback (to check which bills I need to submit for cashback, status of cashback etc.) and online uploading of bills for the cashback was very important for me as sending the bills via recorded post is unnecessary pain (especially since I was told before ordering that I will get online option).

Wrong item was delivered (carphone warehouse essential bundle for the wrong phone). Called and spoke to customer services who were pleasant but then they told me the wrong information as they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days to my bank, when actually I will be receiving a cheque for the amount which can take up to 28 days. I would not mind the error if it was rectified and was told the correct information after however this is 2 errors in a row and not sure I would order from them again because of this.

The ordering process was straightforward, my phone query before purchase was picked up after a short wait, upon ordering online the phone arrived promptly the next day.The plan is very competitive. All great so far. But there was no sim enclosed and no information about where it was. Impossible to get through on the phone this time round. I had to register an account with mobiles.co.uk and try and raise a complaint before being directed to FAQ to be informed that the sim was being sent by 2nd class mail and that I was to call if it didn’t arrive in 5 working days. Its day 5 and the sim hasn’t arrived with the morning mail- the customer service number is impossible to get through to, will just have to pray that the sim arrives soon…...if they could continue to provide the same level of service after capturing the customer as before they would get a top rating.

Phone turned up with knocks out of the outer black casing. Phoned and now have the inconvenience of sending back and waiting for a new one. No gesture of goodwill for this inconvenience

the customer service line was hard to access and a simple request was not actioned however you offered a free return by courier which was great so overall poor but not very poor

Prices probably the cheapest around but Tainted as I was overcharged by £100 on my upfront cost. A few calls later and apparently I still have to wait a couple of day just to get confirmation it will be corrected! Had to go through sales to be transferred to Customer service as no number Or email address advertised anywhere who then said the system was down so I need to call back in a couple of days. They would not take details and sort out until I called back! Called back again an hour later out of frustration and spoke to another operator and the system was fine and they agree they have made a mistake? Still waiting but convinced it will be a few more calls to get this sorted from the vagueness of the customer service I’ve received so far even when it is there mistake. Ordering was easy through the website and the phone is being delivered 2 days later than the website said it would but It’s all become a bit of a hassle when all I need them to do is correct the payment they wrongly requested from my bank.

Ordered one phone , two delivered DPD took one back checked my bank account and I have been charged for two , trying to get in touch with DPD or Mobiles.co.uk seems to be virtually impossible, I made contact once by texting and was told it will take a good 3 weeks to get my money back , which is unacceptable when they are at fault . Hopefully this will be resolved soon , but until then I couldn’t recommend this company.

Next day delivery is always great, as is the selection of deals available from many different providers. However, my brand new iPhone 11 Pro arrived in a damaged box and the promised £50 curry’s pc world voucher is nowhere to be found! I used a voucher code at checkout which promised £10 off the price of the phone (which it did give to me) and a £50 voucher which I am very disappointed to say I have not received. When trying to contact mobiles.co.uk on 3 consecutive days the phone number given does not work and the supposed ‘live chat’ constantly says busy please try again in a few minutes. I can only assume it’s full of other disgruntled customers trying to find their £50 curry’s pc world vouchers too!

I had to try 3-4 times online and it wouldn’t take the payment. Tried ringing your number within opening hours but nobody available to speak with so got cut off. Then I Got a call to change provider as it hadn’t gone through credit check which was strange. The mobile was ordered and arrived as arranged so that part was good

My contract with Vodafone expired and they could not offer a competitive upgrade. I found a good deal with Mobiles and received my new phone the next day however it is not an upgrade, they have given me a new number! I assumed Mobiles would transfer my old number to the new plan. Very messy procedure to rectify this now. Extremely disappointed. Can’t talk to a real person at Vodafone to help cancel my old contract and transfer my number, robot advice is useless, directing me to the website which doesn’t have an option for my situation or calling 191 going round in circles.
