“Overall very good service for order #143692921, but in the Defence Bundle Pack you have sent us a phone case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, instead of the iPhone 17 Pro. So it's too big: can you please provide a refund, because we'll have to buy another one immediately - we're going on ski trip and to not have a phone case will be disastrous! I'd expect to receive £25, please. Thank you.”

“Very very poor, it’s been 6 days I have not received my sim yet , on chat it’s hard to tell type and keep asking same same details we are not robot. I was asking to upgrade my son s sim they sell new sim and disconnected the chart , I have 4 sims I will leave ID mobile now , no customer services in any case you have to chat .if someone can not type so what’s then . No customer services at all . Still waiting to get my sim no update”

“It seems that the best deals are never from the mobile provider you're with! I'm very pleased with the service I got ordering my new mobile phone. I dropped off a star because it's sometimes difficult to find what you're looking for amongst all the offers and there are so many different options out bonus codes etc.”
