“Relatively easy to choose a handset and set a price plan. Good values. Dispatch of the handset was quick, but then for some reason DPD decided to postpone delivery by a week! Otherwise this would have been 5*s”

“Mobiles.co.uk has been a very good service so far. I am currently waiting for my new phone to be delivered today. I got to choose which day I wanted my phone delivering and also got a message this morning with an allotted time that it be delivered. The plan and price I got for my new phone was a bargain! I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and family.”

“Overall, very pleased. Best deals online, clear website, very swift delivery via trusted courier. My only problem was claiming a "refer a friend" bonus - unclear process. Also, a couple of dubious "money off" links to external sites were off putting. But these are small issues in an otherwise excellent services.”

“Process was easy, offers were very competitive, only issue for not being excellent was I had a discount code applied, confirmation email shows it was applied, yet I have been overcharged the upfront fee and now have to wait up to 28 days for a refund of the difference.”

“My overall experience was pleasant, all I would say is that it only came to light that I couldn't transfer my number to my new Vodafone contract since I already had an existing contract with them. However, I just transferred it to a PAYG SIM and then back to the new SIM. Took about a week but worth it for the money saved!”
