“I tried to buy online but there was a problem and the payment page kept freezing. I didnt receive an email to explain what had happened so wasnt clear if I'd actually bought the phone or not. When I rang the next day, I spoke to the very helpful Josh. He was polite and patient and sorted the payment issue out quickly and without fuss. I was very impressed with his manner and told him so. I ended up choosing a different deal after his advice. If it hadnt been for the website issue I would have given 5 stars not 4.”

“It was quick and easy and relatively simple to do - phone arrived the next day and got a good deal (so far - not had first bill yet!) so hoping no hidden costs. Although some issues with porting number over they didn't make me aware of. This has caused some delay as I was already with that company - so have had to Get someone to get me a pay as you go to port to that before could port back - have since been advised they should've done an upgrade instead- and failed to inform or make me aware of this - as I am shielding this has caused some delay and issues for me.”

“Initially the contract was £12 a month but having looking closer it's £20 you need to send your bill to qalify for discounts. Bit of a farce really. Would be more likely to renew contract after 2 years if would not have to send the bill!!!”
