“There is some great deals here, the only problem I have is that my phone was on its way and now it’s seems to be stopped somewhere. Maybe because I am in Northern Ireland it’s holding up the process, but I did receive a email saying that I would have it the next day.”

“They were very helpful on the phone. I was offered a good deal on a screen protector and case, which I ordered, I was told the phone would be with me the next day. However, the case was not in stock, which I wasn’t told so the whole order wasn’t processed. It wasn’t until I phoned back to say the phone hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t had an order confirmation that I found out about the stock issues. I cancelled the case and the phone arrived the next day. I think it would improve your service if you checked at the time to see if things are in stock before you offer them. Other than that, a very good service”

“The online buying experience was quick and easy. The phone came the next day with a one hour time slot which was very good and package in excellent condition. The product was at a very competitive price and I particularly liked the option to put money in at various amounts to suit me and lower the monthly cost.”
