“I generally always use Mobiles.co.uk for my SIM upgrades, but I don't know if there was an issue with their website yesterday but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to succesfully place my order. This won't stop me coming back again in the future though.”

“A great experience… definitely not! The package arrived without the mobile phone, only the mobile phone case I ordered at the same time was in the parcel, which actually arrived a day early, luckily we were in. When I called you mobiles.co.uk I was informed that I now have to wait whilst they do an investigation which will take 2 weeks in total.”

“I still do not have the tariff I purchased from mobiles.com I’ve made 2 phone calls and sent an email. I was informed it would be rectified by Tuesday 30th. This has not been done.”
