“Website is very buggy, customer support wasn’t available to help on weekend. Claimed to take credit card but tried two different ones before a debit card which worked eventually. Price was good though which was the saving grace.”

“I generally always use Mobiles.co.uk for my SIM upgrades, but I don't know if there was an issue with their website yesterday but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to succesfully place my order. This won't stop me coming back again in the future though.”

“A great experience… definitely not! The package arrived without the mobile phone, only the mobile phone case I ordered at the same time was in the parcel, which actually arrived a day early, luckily we were in. When I called you mobiles.co.uk I was informed that I now have to wait whilst they do an investigation which will take 2 weeks in total.”
