“Process of making the purchase all ran smoothly, communications since have been very good. Delivery is confirmed for today as promised. I'll just have to jump through a few hoops to get to keep my number, but that was my decision to start a new contract with the same provider, as it saved over £200 on the upgrade price, and this was explained in the Mobiles welcome pack.”
